Dee Snider needs to see this.
You are fantastic! What an incredible talent and gift. Please let us hear from you in the future ❤
@@adammcelyea3577 He has. Check out his response in the comment section under Nandi's post
🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
Great job! This has been one of my favorites to watch!
Thank you so much @drumeo for inviting me on! I had the best time!
You were amazing! 😊
Your a beast!
You crushed it, well done Nandi.
0:41 Nice Rickrolling. Haha
Amazing drumming with the Schlagzeug🤌!
'I can't go too crazy' - immediately starts going crazy
I LOVE HER
Can't go too crazy.... She is definitely not familiar with the crazy 80's and maybe the craziest band of the 80's = )
Been a drummer for 45yrs, this girl is Off the chain Excellent, she will Definitely be on stage with a band and making stacks of cash... and her personality is fantastic.
The best thing is she seems so grounded. That’s down to good parenting
Look up her KILLLING Everlong onstage with the too Fighters. She was 11 at the time, her confidence was unbelievable

As an 80s kid, when I heard her twist on Twisted Sister, I was blown away. Nandi is a star.
I actually love her use of the cowbell. I never thought about it before but I want more cowbell in that song now.
I got a fever, and the only prescription is more cowbell!
"Needs more cowbell".
-says every psychopath E-VER!
"There's too much cowbell"
-nobody in history
Very Awesome Dynamics In All Runs .z Cow Bell . AaWOW ,I Just Ordered One On line . . Cant Wait To Mount It On The Kit And Get Crazy With It !!!!!!
I have a fever!! The only prescription, is more COWBELL!
I so want to see the original artists reacting to these videos. Nandi absolutely KILLED it, she's so precise and expressive just all the time non stop. Excellent stuff.
Such a fun idea!!
that would make a great side series!
I was just thinking while watching this that I would love to watch Dee Snyder react to this video and get his take on her interpretation of what the drums should do for the song.
That would be a scary experience😂
Thatd be cool and then we could make reaction videos to those videos 🎉🎉🎉
Dang dude - her playing never ceases to melt my brain. That hi hat groove was sick
Thinking the same thing about the HH for sure
Girl's a beast. I love how the whole song turned into a crazy shifting shufflebeat, with galloping cowbells. Cool.
Love how she says "I shouldn't be too crazy" and just does crazy fills all over the place 😅
If this is holding it back this kid got some killer grooves and fills in store for sure 😎
It's wild hearing her style over a hair metal tune, a style known for having some VERY basic drumming hahahaha. It kinda sounds like if Mike Portnoy were in a hair band.
@@joehguitar7967 Mike played with Twisted Sister 👀 So eeh... That happened 😄
Amazing to see how much all of the drummers on here get so into the song and their facial expressions change to the song. She was getting into it hard. Loved it
I loved this! I got to see a drummer create their own part from scratch. So much better than "What if So-and-so did such-and-such guitar solo", because it is still based on the classic solo. In this case the drummer isn't influenced by anything but a drumless song, which is very different. I look forward to more videos like this.
She did dial it back properly for the guitar solo
A great fresh version of a classic.
Her innocence when she says - I like how they all dressed up for the video.
Haha, loved that part. I'm thinking "...yeah, definitely *just* for the video!"
Is it wrong that they didn't correct her?
Haha she'll be ok!!
Truly amazing 👏
Nothing wrong about any of this.
I wouldn't be surprised if Nandi has figured it out already.
I am blown away by Nandi’s skill and creativity at such a young age. Damn.
I had a smile the whole video. I was blown away. Her arrangement gives this song such new life and the use of the cowbell was genius level. Dee Snider HAS to see this video and you guys need to tape his reaction. I've said it on other videos but this is a must. Have Dee AND Dave Grohl watch it.
Got to admit her drumover was F'ing Awesome. I think Dee Snider would be proud, now all we need is a reaction from him on the channel.
I thought exactly the same
WAY too busy for the song, but it's great to hear her busting those sick chops; she's really talented.
We really don't...
@@jada90I agree. The drummers tend to go a little OTT on these challenges but it is certainly an eye opener on their view on it.
He'd probably call her a Nazi.
She’s still so much a little girl, but behind the drums she’s a beast. She can definitely give the so called professionals a major run for their money. She NEVER fails to impress me. 🤟🏽🤟🏽🤟🏽🤟🏽🤟🏽🤟🏽
Amen Billy she is Truly Awesome !
🇺🇸😉👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
insane how tight and clean she plays
I love what she played on the hi-hat, and the way she carried that pattern through. Great performance!
If Nandi doesn't do anything professionally there's something wrong with the universe. She's amazing!!
She made more money on this tape than we did in the past week
The attitude of an innocent angel but the talent and potential of a legendary drummer.
had the same exact thought!
I look forward to seeing her playing in person at some point in the future 🤞🤞🤞
She already has a professional contracts where u been
I know absolutely nothing about Nandi, but this performance is fantastic. Her fills are killer.
She played with Foo Fighters a few years ago. She's cool back then, even cooler now IMO
she is a multi instrumentalist player (guitar, bass, drums, piano). She started really young and has amassed fans in her IG and tiktok with her versions of many songs. Really cool to watch this girl growing from nowhere to playing with foo fighters live.
@CLA82529 thank you. I was sure I've heard her play before, but couldn't figure out where. Definitely going to check out more of her playing.
You NEED to watch her Foo Fighters Live performance in L.A., she was only 11!!!!
She got exponentially better in like 1 year. She was always good....but she is getting insane now.
Grew up on this band, especially this song, and I am absolutely obsessed with her choices with the cowbell. Loved it so much.
literally makes me emotional seeing such a talented and sweet kid rip it out like that, brilliant
She effin' killed it! Her interpretation of the cowbell was amazing! I was super impressed. I'm not as surprised now, to see how Foo Fighters identified her skill... so long ago. This was incredible. No offense to Twisted Sister... but, I think she really turned it up to "11".
I think she did incredibly well, but I still prefer the original drums - less is more
Edit: The fills were amazing though
Her cowbell rhythm was sick and her fills were amazing. She fell into the halftime swing pocket well although it was shaky in and out. I think she was playing the drums on the song and not in the song if that makes sense. Im excited to check her out in her comfort zone.
she's 1000x better at this age then I'll ever be in my life. So much talent and work
pretty much exactly how I feel
It was honestly insane how good she is
Same. She's light years ahead of me in talent and I've been playing for 33 years lol
That is the difference between great an we average folks right there: "the work".
You know when something gives you the chills? Usually happens once and then passes? This is chills after chills after chills. Amazing & unbelievably talented.
This is the video from drumeo I rewatch from time to time. Such a great drum part created by a little girl in literally minutes. Nandi is phenomenal ❤
nandi you rocked it! 🥁

Wow thank you 🙏🏽
Nandi you really rocked it!!!!

Hey, hola CZcams 👋
She picked an 80’s song and brought it right to 2023. Amazing. ❤
I am blown away by the talent displayed by this young lady.
Her voice sounds so young.... her playing is beyond! I'm so impressed! She did such a badass job!
I’m a metal guitarist. For forty years played with a million drummers. She absolutely has it. And her high work is WOWZER! Nice work kiddo!
I was going to comment on the hi hat too! so much added there..
Would it be insane to say she somehow gave the song a Steve Harris gallop feel using the cowbell and the ride?
5:00 ... The twist she gave on this part is insanely good! ROCK ON NandI!
Fire sequence!
That was my favourite bit
100% agree!
Genuinely put a smile on my face!! It was brilliant.
I guess SNL was right. It really did need more cowbell.
The way these videos have been produced over time, keeps getting better and better! The way they are now, with each segment makes them perfect!
I genuinely had tears in my eyes watching. She's amazing. Her modesty, her talent, and the final result are just amazing. Awesome. An amazing career ahead of her
AJ Pero was a criminally underrated drummer. Lots of people are unaware at how good he really was.
I've been watching their Christmas songs for a laugh and the musicianship is amazing, especially the Bass player. I didn't really notice the drummer, which usually means they are really good!
Dude was powerful. Powerful, in-the-pocket and really knew how to lay into it when needed.
And many are aware of how killer he was as well.
R.I.P AJ
(Rest In Percussion)
Tear it Loose to me is his best performance, fast, dynamic, powerful. RIP AJ
Twisted Sister in general were underrated. You Can't Stop Rock & Roll & Stay Hungry are great early 80s rock albums. The more poppy sound got them noticed though and is all most people remember. It doesn't help that they cemented that image with their follow-up albums.
What I love about Nandi and seeing her play is how enthusiastic she is. You can see the passion oozing alongside that skill and talent she possesses. Makes me all emotional watching her in her element like that!
Funny, I was actually wondering why I was getting all emotional watching this. But you are absolutely right.
Did you see when she got so into it that her eyes rolled back in head. She just became one with the song. Loved every minute of it.
Nandi is adorable in every way. High Energy, great personality and already a pro at such a young age. Definitely someone to look up to.
Nandi is a vibe. I love watching her talent and energy. And I love the cowbell. Keep reaching for the stars!
Her cowbell section was awesome!
The amount of talent Nandi has is insane! I can definitely see her go far in her career.
Thanks Drumeo for proving how creative drumming can be, no matter what the song is! All those sessions are priceless! Cheers!
another great Nandi performance, of course... and I LOVED it all... her fills... her controlled use of the cowbell... she always leaves me smiling. Nice Vid to all who set up and produced!
She's got so much enthusiasm. Going too crazy is definitely an aspect of Twisted Sister.
Nandi has literally grown up in front of us, and she is quickly approaching an unstoppable level of talent. Rock on young lady!!🤘🤘
Is growing up in front of us. She is still only 13!
I grew up listening to this song on the radio, and enjoyed it.
Nandi made this song 100% better, zero contest. /AMAZING talent
She absolutely killed this! Probably one of my favorite renditions I've heard in this series.... Thanks!
Imagine how good she is going to be at 20 or 30. She is absolutely nailing it.
Once she learns to suit the song vs display her skill set she'll go far.
@@samuelhall4056 Yeah she's clearly got a lot of skill but she needs to work on her timing and make sure it fits the song - I feel like this is a common issue with Internet drummers - it's all about being flashy and showing off, which is great for views on tiktok but far less important in an actual band than being able to keep time and play with other musicians. No hate to her at all, she's still young and has a lot of time to work on that stuff, and her skills are impressive considering her age, she just needs to work on the fundamentals alongside the stuff she's already good at
this track was better than the original by far. and she wasn't showing off, those fills were completely effortless for her. I'd be interested to see what she could do if she DID show off.
This !
@@telanis9 She's extremely talented. Example: I'm a bassist and When I was 15, all I wanted to do was run up and down the neck as fast as possible. When I got into my 20's I learned to slow down and let things breathe. She'll learn that too overtime.
Nandi is absolutely amazing and so talented!!!🥁🤘🏻🥁🤘🏻🥁🤘🏻🥁
The future of music is so bright. Keep being amazing Nandi!!!
This might be my favorite one yet. This was so awesome. She absolutely did a phenomenal job. Amazing.
Dave wasn't wrong to take notice a couple years ago. Nandi killed it. She has all it takes to become a legendary drummer.
Her take on the bridge at 6:20 was so cool! 🔥 A lot of talent. Loving this series!
I would call that the chorus
I think what you can really tell is that she is a) incredibly talented but also b) still has the fearlessness of young people. In her play, she explores, tries things and takes risks that a lot of more seasoned drummers wouldn't because we're often set in our ways already.
This is fantastic to see Nandi rock. I remember watching some of her videos on Facebook like 10 years ago. Now here she is absolutely rocking the shit out!!!
I loved how she takes those rolls man. More power to you girl 🥁✨❤️
This makes me realize that sometimes i love this series when you see how close the drummer gets to the original without ever hearing it, and other times, i love this series when the drummer finds completely new and amazing things to do with a song we've heard a million times. But either way, i love this series!!! 😍
You nailed it on the head 👌
Absolutely blown away by the incredible drumming skills of this young drummer! It's truly impressive to witness such talent at such a young age. I can only dream of reaching her level of mastery on the drums. The precision, timing, and energy she brings to her performance are truly remarkable. A true inspiration for aspiring drummers like myself!
no timing actually...but still very interesting to listen to))
What a legend in the making. Can't wait to see what she does in the future. Well done, Nandi!
She killed it (incredible job) for her age. Its a good thing seeing what current gen drummer's take on earlier music makes for very interesting videos in terms of approach to simple rock tunes or any music from previous gens. Great video drumeo, nice audio/visual concept for the drum communities old or new
Somebody needs to make sure that Dee and the boys get a hold of this. Freakin excellent. This song always did need more cowbell.
Honestly I'd rather they didn't reach out to Dee - he's turned into a huge dick head.
This girl is going to be a top top star. She's been kicking ass for years now, and she's still got her whole life to go. LOVE LOVE LOVE it!
maybe... there are many many good young players, and she will be one of many more likely.
@@morbidmanmusic wdym maybe, she is already in the limelight which has helped her progress so much more already
@@sensibility1174So you are saying this would be bad if she was an adult?
@@hellchild6668 It would be _good_ for an adult, but not "professional grade."
@@crnkmnkyok i'm far from professional but to me she is very good
I got the chance to watch her live at Young Voices 2024 last month in Birmingham UK and she is an absolutely insane drummer for 13 years old. To be at this level at this age is incredible. Her composition for this song was outstanding.
I didn’t stop smiling this whole video! What a great talent you are!! Thanks for sharing.
Her jazz sensibilities are very apparent. It's like hearing Neil Peart's take on Twisted Sister. Can't wait to see where she goes. Incredible talent.
They literally make a point to make it the only thing they need to add to the kit for this song for her
She doesn't instinctively think about the cowbell. They bring the cowbell specifically, she then asks if she needs it.
@@galetinm Yep. Didn't see that initially.
@@galetinmshe's 13, dude.
@@katyas-momEven so, Questlove started drumming at 2. Both are precocious.
All I can picture is the big smile that Dee Snider will have on his face when he eventually hears this. Her talent level is so insane and her drive to make it perfect when no one expects her to be perfect.
I've been watching her videos for about 4 years now I think and I'm in awe every time!
NIce grooves! This format is my favorite thing... Drummer's making up their own parts to songs they've never heard. Freaking gold.
That was phenomenal. You can see how Nandi's taken all of the lessons from Chad Smith and Dave Grohl to heart. So happy to hear her keeping rock alive. I'd say her drums worked better in places than the original track, she had more fills and had some double kick in places. One of the best in this series.
I agree. She took the lesson from Chad to heart.
Those fills were clean as hell, omg lol
Oh my goodness! I am such a Nandi fan. Her talent is utterly spectacular. And she's just such a lovely human being ❤❤❤ I wish her all the very best, the world can offer!!
This was so fun! Really great job. I love these videos because its cool to see how others connect with the music and add to it in there own way
Her approach brings such a late 90s/early 00s pop-punk vibe to the whole song. If that version were released in that era, it still would have been a hit.
Haha she made it her own. The girl has serious talent.
This is absolutely incredible! Rock on young lady 🤘You can hang with the best of them already!
She's so exploratory with her fills. I love the risks. Can't wait to see her future works.
This series just got even better and it was already the best
You did such a great job interpreting the drum track. It was mind-blowing how similar it was and your fills was incredible!
What an extraordinary drummer this girl is !!!! Loved the video and the joy she has for drumming.
This was both adorable and jaw droppingly impressive at the same time. Beyond having great chops she also shows a good understanding of song structure and how to drive a song forward 👏
I like the way Nandi is already a better drummer than most 80s hair metal bands ever had.
That was awesome to see, how @Nandi came up with similar drum structure for a song she's never heard before.
What a prodigy. Been a fan of her since I watched her Dave drum together.
Came for the Twisted Sister... Stay for her interpretation 🤘🏾🔥🔥🔥🤘🏾
She's just amazing ! Great work Nandi !
Nandi is simply awesome! And yes! “More cowbell”!!!! 😂😂😂😂😂
The passion is strong in this one,
can see how much fun she is having doing this
and already can tell shell be a star.
Duuuude....I can't believe how similar they both were. Would love to see Dee's reaction to her drumming vs original. That would be a great reaction vid of him meeting her and then listening.
Astounding, gave me goosebumps, well done girl!
Man, she can jam! Also, I loved the Christopher Walken peek-ins.
I loved her interpretation. Her fills were fantastic. And the cowbell was really fun! She really served the song and gave it her own twist.
That cowbell part was 🙌
@@ClintByrne that moment at 2:45 was so great. A lot of respect shown to her.
She overplayed the entire song, it was really funny lol She definitely got the chops, she only needs some musical maturity and repertoire. Like, listen to A TON of genres and be able to get the natural feel of a song like that on the spot.
@@clarenceoveur9497She did overplay. Less would have been more in service of the song. But she's got a lot of talent to build on.
I love the faces musicians make when they're in the music! This girl is Killin it! ❤❤
Nandi, you absolutely smashed that!!! Thank you for such a cool version!
So original!!!!! Her drumming is so unique so clever the use of the cowbell 🙌👏👏🔥🔥🔥
I love her inclination to gallop the cymbals and hi-hat, that makes for really fun drums to listen to especially when it's metal.
glad she kept the cowbell. she nailed it!!
I'm amazed with Nandi's pure talent. Good job!
Her skill level is insanely high! I am floored on her talent. Definitely will be following her career along.
WoW, Nandi is light years ahead of when I last saw her, that speed and level of progression is astonishing.
Parents, if your kids want drums buy them and ear plugs for you and the neighbours!
As always, thank you all for an amazing video, best series on CZcams!
Parents could save themselves a never ending headache and spare their neighbors by just getting an electric kit a lot less noise but teaches the same basic principles.
@@dbzcollector9963 What in the name of God are you doing on a drumming channel giving out about noise?
She actually made that drum part sound so much better in some places. Nice to see the young talent, great job Nandi and Brandon you are doing a great job hosting these.
I absolutely love it when you guys get other drummers to play songs they've never heard. It's fun hearing a different and often very creative take on popular songs. She did awesome.
no way i've been waiting forever for this guest!!!!! a true legend from the 1960's!
SHE SHREDS!!!! I love the hat work and sick chops. I can hear that she has a good understanding of knowing how to accent the song in a way that's helping vs taking away from it. As she develops she'll get even better than the already strong foundation she has.
