    Very happy to be in week 2 of the program already, it's certainly gone quick.
    Feel like this training program is going to go very quickly at this rate so it's best to focus on strength for injury prevention and making sure i'm doing everything I can to make sure that I don't get hurt otherwise it might be game over for me.
