This is more of a healing run than an actual session. I was supposed to get out and do some faster km's in sections for a 28km run but this was more important. Keeping it raw and to the point in this video as that is it's intentions. No fancy edits, just getting it put together nicely and keeping fond memories of such an amazing day. I can't wait for the next event / race now ^.^

That’s fortitude! I always struggled with flat runs, my muscles and tendons seemed to hate the limited range of motion. And mentally the same loop over and over, yikes! I enjoyed the format of this video. How you managed to stay positive throughout was so uplifting 🤩.

How is the camera moving by itself to follow you?
It has a tracking option that you can start before / after you start recording. One of the main reason's why I got this camera :D

Welldone mate I was doing similar training prior to my 1/2 marathon pb And I was over 5 mins quicker over the last 10.55 km It's works Maffs low heartrate and negative split training Yeah boi 👍😊🏃♂️
I'm very surprised about it to be honest. Wish I recorded todays run but the Camera was flat. Think it's going to be a very quick run next weekend for the half.

the only real negative thought regarding this video is the overall poor quality of video.. anyway atleast you tried to demonstrate the picture quality at different focal lengths, which a lot of videos regarding this lens only talk about!! again nother comment regarding the images taken... the 2 at the end of the video seemed to look abit light compaired to how it looks in real life......
Yeah, I think now that I've gotten more practice and an actual decent upload speed for my internet it would be nice to go back and do more of these videos. Downside : I no longer have this lens to remake the video lol.

new to photography sorry if this is a dumb question, when you say that at maximum you have to change your settings, does this not hamper you alot in the field? i imagine it is time consuming? if you have the camera on auto will it change automatically? thanks.
When the aperture changes from f4.5 to f5.6 (once you're at the max focul length) it means that a little bit less light is coming into the camera so you may need to lower the shutter speed so that it's open for longer to allow for more light so that the picture you're taking is properly exposed. And just on a side note, the higher the aperture/fstop the more of the background you'll get in focus that's behind your target focus. So if you're sitting at for example f2.8 and you take a shot, the background will be more blurred than if you were going to take a shot at say something like F5.6 and onwards.
