VIDEO DESCRIPTION
In this game-changing episode, Zack from CoreXcell delves into the pivotal strategies for correcting pronated feet and knee valgus through targeted hip exercises and specific foot drills. Unraveling the mystery of whether hip weakness leads to foot pronation or vice versa, this video promises to shed light on the intrinsic connection between foot alignment and hip strength. Witness the transformation of Nick, whose journey from significant knee valgus and foot pronation to perfect alignment exemplifies the effectiveness of these techniques. Zack's personal narrative of overcoming one of the worst cases of anterior pelvic tilt adds a compelling layer to the discussion, emphasizing the importance of addressing both hip and foot mechanics for comprehensive postural correction.
The episode is packed with insightful demonstrations, including a unique exercise for the glute minimus, crucial for correcting hip imbalance and enhancing knee alignment. This approach not only straightens the feet but also cultivates a stronger arch, showcasing exercises that specifically target foot inversion and the post-tibialis muscle, essential for those suffering from flat feet. Zack underscores the critical role of the adductors in opening up the knees, offering viewers a glimpse into advanced techniques available through the CoreX12 rehab app. For anyone struggling with foot pronation, knee valgus, or looking to improve their overall posture and lower body strength, this video serves as a comprehensive guide to achieving balanced and effective movement patterns. Don't miss out on this opportunity to transform your approach to rehab and fitness, and remember to like, subscribe, and dive into the detailed exercises provided in the video's web app for a total body correction.

I don't want your secrets just enough to cure this issue brother.
Pay the man for his time and knowledge. Its nothing for what you get
Wearing barefoot shoes helped a lot with me. Obviously did foot exercises, but transitioning to barefoot shoes has been the best decision I’ve made so far. Only been wearing them a few days a week for the last month, but already feel a difference in my mobility.
Mind detailing some of your exercises?
@@corbinnelson1323 besides just wearing barefoot shoes while out and about, and making sure my feet don’t collapse in while doing exercises, I just followed Exercising Health’s feet exercise video. I still have “flat fleet”, but have seen small improvements.
@@JoshuaCurey..... what do u mean by Barefoot shoes?
@@tracydutton7577 shoes that don’t have arch support and have wide toe areas. This basically allows your foot to be in a barefoot position which has shown to be much more beneficial than “current day” shoes with the crunched toes and arch support

I have this issue on both sides and I can tell it's causing alot of other issues in my lower body (hip flexor pain, Achilles tendinitis, etc.) Definitely gotta address this first to help relief pain off my feet and hips

Great information here. Like you said in a comment below, flat feet don’t have to be a limiting factor. Strengthening hips & ankles can have profound benefits. Some great marathon runners with flat feet include: Saïd Aouita, Alan Webb, and Haile Gebrselassie -considered the greatest long distance runner of all time.
@BallinLikeEspi flat feet has no effect in sprints if anything it helps

Great video !!
Do you have a before and after?
Thank you
so was he forcing his knees to go in or are his feet still pronated? Because i can forcefully hold my feet upright to have an arch but when i relax my foot my ankle rolls back in. Do i have to hold it whenever i walk or will exercising it make it naturally arched?
شكراً 👍
so supination during squats can reverse pronation, from what i see? thx!
How many sets should you do and how many reps per set?
Thanks
Bro on god, I thought I was the only one ever with this problem. Classmates used to make fun of my feet because of this and I just thought it was some kind of problem only I have, I’m glad that’s not the case though.
Nah g I have the same issue my kneees kill after work is I gotta work on my feet

Been walking with a flat left foot since I was 8 years old and now I'm 31 trying to fix myself because I have this same problem smh. I totally screwed myself over for years by not going to a physical therapist in my teens or twenties. My knees literally collapse inward and I'm having lower back problems.
Me too.. I noticed the problem when I started to wear heels it were ugly on my feet and I tried to know the reason and it took me a years just to discover that this called over pronation.. I found this today 😅 and I do My journey to discover how to fix it

I wonder if this would apply to me… 53 and I was runner til last year when plantar fasciitis attacked my feet & began causing knot knees & knee pain. PT put me on bed rest with loads of PT but now the pain is so bad I can no longer run (and gained 30 lbs). Just had hip MRI & waiting on results but ortho believes it’s all in my hips :-(
Do you have anything for varus knees, the opposite problem?
How exactly do you do your cable setup? You put one chain around the carabiner at the cable and then it has two endings and you put one ending in each carabiner for the foot attachment? But somehow there is even more chain near the foot attachment... Would really appreciate help.

Hey I’m currently doing the rehab app myself & started doing the exercises as shown. I also have anterior pelvic tilt but was wondering if I should be arching my back slightly in the glute knee drop exercises to feel it more in my glutes or Is this not necessary? Just from your anterior pelvic tilt video you said about popping your hips forward & arching your back to get deep into the muscle it’s confusing because spinal alignment isn’t discussed in your app thanks :)
Good question and points. As long as you are doing the knee drop along with the glute fly. It will be fine. Pass those tests and watch the end of glute fly video i talk about how if your arching your back, your still creating internal hip rotation by tilting hips forward as u lift. Also test your abs it will have an affect, but not the end all be all like people say for the ant tilt.
Walk barefoot, that helps a lot.
What about tibia rotation, i have knock knees, rotated tibia, flat feet, and rotate inward hip?
This is been a life long problem that I just recently figured out I have.
I wonder if this will fix my terrible balance 🤔
Not sure why you would train the adductors for an issue with valgus knees. Not saying it's wrong, just that I don't understand that approach at all. Could you elaborate?
Got anything for scoliosis?
thank you so much for this video.. how many times should I do this weekly?
Fans of our Channel, Please let me know in the comments what new rehab videos you want to see??? Thank you :)

I strained my neck while doing pull-ups.
It stained in 3rd set of around 4-5 reps. My scapula depression isn't strong enough, in top part of the movement.
I am doing pull-ups since a month after 4-5 years gap.
Thanks.
based on the thumbnail, should my knees look like that as i stand, walk and run - should my knees be pointing somewhat outward? some people would tell you that “neutral knees” are pointing close to forwards.
I'm not a physio but that thumbnail looks messed up. I don't think its anything to try to emulate. I only clicked the video to see how someone ended up with their knees pointing in the wrong direction.
Cool
Been trying a lot of excercises and I have to say this video is the one that helped me the most, thanks to you I was able to finally squat without feeling any knee pain afterwards.
There's still a long way to go but I'm very optimistic about adding this to my regular routine.
Glad to hear. Trying to improve my squat and I’m flat footed 🤦🏾♂️
Can this help bow legs ?
Supination foot exercise please
How long will be take to correct my knock knees ?? Give me answer
I have been struggling to find answers to what has been going on with my gait and feet. I have seen soo many people trying to find out what is going on and I even ended up having surgery on my right foot(tarsal coalition), and I am still having issues and have no answers. I am pretty sure now that I am overpronating causing flat feet. Not sure but thinking it could be related to something in my hips maybe(hip flexors, TFL, glutes, etc) I am in desperate need of help and some answers. Do you have any ideas of what I could do to figure this out.
On top of it, my left leg is straight, defects to the side
In how many days will they be fixed???
If I lift my toes off the floor, it fixes. But when they touch the floor, my arch is different and then knees cave in. So where is my problem coming from?
First off thank you for video. Will these exercises work on a 52 year old male that has flat feet?
Amazing info. I have flat penguin feet and completely flat foot. My ankle bone doesn't even stick out. This video makes me wonder whether these exercises could actually resolve all the other skeletal problems I have from my hips down or if not everything can be fixed with exercises.
Best thing to do is check our my $60 rehab web app. (Purchased on website) Much more beneficial then this one video. Link is in video details

Will having this disorder affect my basketball career?
What if the opposite is the case?
I have probation on my left feet only and it’s really effing me up
I feel like it the other way round for me, feel like my feet are causing my anterior pelvic tilt.
Make power walks in forest trails... that's the most natural rehab ull get.
@Lxnkzi its funny coz i went to more than 7 of them (over 50 visits in total, not kidding) when i had a backproblem... its funny how i fixed the problem myself since they didnt help. When you use ur body in a natural way you use a lot of small muscles, including this one in this exercise. And im not talking about walking an hour on asfalt here, that usually gives more problems than it solves.
With that said, this video (among many others) helped me understand a bit of my problems, i had way to weak "ass" muscles, the small ones, so my lumbar spine was compensating.
In my case, pronated foot, bowlegs cause of lipedema's fibrosis..
Can you use a foam roller instead of a ball?
Yeah
what’s the reps and sets looking like for each exercise ?
As much as you can
3-4 x 15-20 reps.
Hi, I watched your videos and I liked them very much. Very useful information. Thanks. I have a few questions. My son is 13 years old. He has been playing basketball since he was 8 years old. He is a licensed player in the club. He loves basketball and wants to be a professional player in the future. He is also very successful in swimming. His feet are a little slow in basketball. He wants to increase his speed and jump. But there is a flat feet( over pronate) problem. It is not a completely flat sole, but when you lift your foot, a pit is formed and it flattens when you press the ground. As far as I've heard, there is this problem with Useyin Bolt in running and kevin durent in basketball. My question is, does this problem prevent him from running, speeding and jumping? Can this obstacle be overcome? Can he play in the professional basketball league with a flat sole? Should he use insoles that will create a foot pit in his shoes? We would be very happy if you could answer all these questions.
I appreciate then interest and questions. The problem is, it is impossible to give advice and be accurate with out seeing your son in person. Or in this day and age video call can be an affective alternative.
I'm going to try my best to do these exercises because I cant even run (my knees hit each other and I risk to trip) so ill tell you if thet work

If you straightened your knees would that make your height increase slightly?
yes but the height change is minimal
My shins bones just curve from the knee to inside of the ankle
🙏👌
Am 39,can it be fixed
If you want to fix feet. Focus on your feet only. Your body will make it recover faster.
👍👍👍
So in how many days can I start seeing results
2:54
🔥
I have a flat right foot , and a completley flattened pancake on my left foot
why exercise the addactors ?
they keep the knee inside
Wrong. When it tightens it pulls the slack up and straightens leg. It caves inward when it is weak adductor to access and put more pressure on the quads for support.
