    My shoulder is quite damaged, but surprisingly, I have been fine for a long time. I actually got a spider bite, that caused some necrosis on the back of my shoulder and I also have had a broken collarbone with a metal implant. I was attacked and fell around, and since, my arm has had tingling, and I already suffer from nerve damage. My arm has been hurting, past week from doing work with a hammer. I wake up with pain, and its mostly painful all day. Im really built, as in very muscular, but dang this pain is killing me.

    I thought i finally found the solution however contrary to your explanation, my scapula is lifted on the right, but the pain, clicking, tightnes and periodic wry neck under scapula resides on my left side. So 'im not sure which side to train

    I have tears in both shoulders for years. Pain would come and go. 6 weeks ago I dislocated my shoulder. Can't afford MRI so don't know all damage. Very limited range of motion still. Would it be advisable in my situation to start some of these exercises? Definitely can't do many of these at the moment. Thanks

    Coach, quick question. When I do the Pants Pulls, Delt Backs, T Raises, and Single Arm Front Row. I feel a slight sharp pain when doing them. The exercises feel real good, but I think I have some tightness/lack of mobility around my Infraspinatus and below my scapula. Any tips?

    What about someone with a physical 9-5 job? Would I be able to do all this while working or would I have to take some time off? I don’t have pain while working or doing movements but excessive soreness and tenderness around the scapula & upper trap after work. It’s only on my right side which is my dominant hand

      You can do the exercises in under an hour and you should rest two days between each session. So working should not be a problem.

      @@jacob1628 just curious about the recovery. Are these going to be effective if im still continuing to work. I don’t have acute pain or anything like that while working but after work i am very sore in particular parts of the upper back specifically on the right hand side, like they are getting overworked. My left side does not get like that & I do use my left at work as well

      @@rmg1723 I’m assuming you are having shoulder problems, if this is incorrect disregard. The program focuses on some small muscles in and around the shoulder. I would be surprised if those muscles are getting used at work, and if I’m correct you have nothing to worry about as far as over training. I would recommend watching some of the longer videos on his CZcams channel to get a better idea of the muscles that are targeted. I am not affiliated with this channel in anyway, just an old dude who is making good progress with a wrecked shoulder using his program.

      @@jacob1628 I appreciate the response. Yeah I’m assuming the same thing. I’ve done traditional physical therapy with little to no progress. I’ve been watching all his shoulder videos, I feel like it’s just difficult to make sure the form is good & im hitting the right muscles without engaging major muscles

      It took me about 3 weeks to finally feel the right spots or muscles. I thought I was stronger and smarter than the Coach 😂! I was using too much weight and trying to add movement to activate the correct muscles, but I either felt nothing or pain in the front shoulder. It wasn’t until I grabbed a couple brass door handles (probably about 1/2 pound) and just held it static that I could feel the right spot. And when I finally did, I knew it. My shoulder actually feels the best after the exercises, even though the muscles are tired. I still can’t feel the correct spot on the “pants pull”, but I’ll get there. Just an FYI, I looked yesterday at booking an online consultation and it looks like he’s booked out till August. If you have any other questions I would be happy to try and answer them.

      @@rmg1723 2 hours is not a lot of time imo. I can't say if it will fix you but I suspect it will absolutely help and quite possibly fix. You'd benefit from checking out the recent video where he goes through the main shoulder corrective exercises and get good at those. If you find those help then you could get access to the website for the full range of exercises and progressions. That's what I'd recommend.

    Good evening colleague. I don't agree that the seated er exercise is useleless for the er muscles. There are no other muscles that will do that exact movement so the external rotator are without doubt involved. IMHO it has a low value to "feel" a muscle working as long as you know how they work. BSc, PT, PE. Wish you the best.

    Thank you sir. I have been using a resistance band in the way that you have demonstrated in this video. Thank you again. I have been increasing resistance and frequency. Other conventional exercises were only aggravating the area. It is now part of my routine. After 4 months, I am experiencing no pain.
