    I like this .... simple ... only four movements (I hate having to memorize 30 different movements in a set ;>}) and effective. I don't know if I could survive five rounds ... but I'll give it a try! Excellent job, Chandler!

      Just a reminder, try and keep the rest periods BETWEEN rounds no more than 3 minutes. This plays a LARGE role in helping to increase your work capacity as well as elevating both Testosterone and metabolic rate...

      im 5'7" and 164lbs, any reco on which weight to choose from?

    • @CoachMANdler
      @CoachMANdler  Před 5 lety

      Edwin Montalvo Really depends on your level of strength. If you can, get a light weight, moderate weight, and heavier weight. This way you can adjust your training according to the specific goal you have for each particular routine.

  • @frankyantrax2324

    I weigh 150 lbs, is a 35lbs kettlebell heavy enough for this workout?

    • @CoachMANdler
      @CoachMANdler  Před 4 lety +1

      Really depends on your existing level of strength and conditioning more so than your body weight. Good rule of thumb is that the weight you should use is one that allows for solid form on ALL of the reps you do, but also makes you WORK for those reps...

    I love the kettlebell material! I would say that is your bread and butter for sure. How about some barbell landmine material?

    • @CoachMANdler
      @CoachMANdler  Před 5 lety

      Actually posted a video sharing my FAVORITE landmine exercises about 2 weeks ago. What's your MAIN goal for training? How you prioritize the landmine is really contingent upon what your goal is...

    How often do you train legs?

    • @CoachMANdler
      @CoachMANdler  Před 5 lety +2

      I train them EXCLUSIVELY probably twice per week. That said, a lot of the conditioning that I do with say these kettlebells is very lower body centric.

    Hi Chandler. I am Chandler here myself though it's my last name. Just got a 36-pound kettlebell and finished this workout. It was intense. I am thinking about buying your program. I mainly have a one 36 pound kettlebell, barbell with weights and pull par and dumbells. Would that be sufficient to get started on your program? Is it a 6-week program? Thanks

    • @CoachMANdler
      @CoachMANdler  Před 4 lety +1

      That's more than sufficient to execute the program as it was intended..
