"I've got a trusty Tree I placed here earlier" Love it!
Good to see hardtails getting featured on the channel.
I switched back to a hard tail 12months ago after a few years on a 150mm full sus.
Hardtails are way more fun. Everyone should have one in their bike stable.
Thanks GMBN
Picking up a new hardtail today. Sold my full sus about 6 months ago and hadn't gotten around to get a new bike so started riding my gravel bike on MTB Trails and remembered how much fun being underbiked is. No downhill or Enduro trails within a 200 mile drive from where am at so having a hardtail over full sus fits the riding a bit more.
Have been thinking about getting a hardtail cuz of the price but as soon as I realised there aren't any mountains nearby I just turned my back on mountain biking...
When the suspension is sus
Amogus
Is it just me or has gmbn been posting more stuff about hardtails lately
Yuup
thats good

Pretty sure it's because people are asking, as that's usually all I see in the comments lol
There's usually a hardtail week as well.
A lot of great content in general. Shame it's winter and weather up here in Scotland is bad, so I can't go out anytime soon to try these :(
The people demand more hardtail content!
We need a GMBHN: Global Mountain Bike Hardtail Network!
GHMBN: Global Hardtail Mountain Bike Network
Have a look at the hardtailparty CZcams channel mate âïž
@@VentoRdrummeR Yeah, I've been subscribed there for ages.
"Cheepest and easyest way to get into sports"
*says while standing next to the 3000$ pole HT*
Yeah should be a Giant Talon 3, Marin San Quentin 1 or a Vitus Nucleus or something similarly cheap with a 120mm Suntour fork. Beginner friendly bikes with reliable components are something newbies will always appreciate.

Looked for this comment as soon as he said it đ
Always the same. "Here's how to get into mountain biking, showcasing our partner's 5k bike that about 1% of you the audience might consider buying". The High End Global Mountain Bike Network doesn't have the same ring to it really.
@@moonshinin KevCentral is the way to go for people new to mountain biking. He showcases a ton of cheap bikes and what to upgrade in terms of a cheap budget.

See ya there bro
Just got home from a ride with the hardtail, haven't even changed yet, and this comes on. Nice.
Yay!! A hardtail video
Loving the recent hardtail content from Rich, very helpful for plebeian beginners like me. Keep it up GMBN!
Iâm loving the recent hard tail content
Keep up the good work rich and all at gmbn
Gmbn is so good. I have a hard tail and I love it so thanks for all the tips đ
By far the best MTB videos I've found. Thank you
Hardtails are my favorite type of bike for the riding I do here in east coast of USA. I donât have enough mountains trails nor bike parks to use a full suspension. MORE HARDTAIL COMPARISONS AND CHALLENGES FOR YOU TEAM PLEASE!!
Yessssss GMBN đ
Keep the HARDTAIL content flowing đ€đŒđ€đŒđ€đŒ
A couple weeks I asked for more hardtail content, and the past two days have been lots of hardtail content. Thanks GMBN!
Loving the hardtail videos, keep posting more!
Love this new gmbn hardtail way to go tacticđ„

Always appreciate this kind of quality and informative video from you...đ€đ€
I finally just got into Mountain biking and bought a full suspension, a 1998 K2 Proflex 1000, and love it, can't wait to try some jumps.
Loving the videos, keep it up!
Thank you Mr. Payner for the review..I hope I can learn well
Just bought a hardtail last month, loving it.
Now I'm motivated to go to my local trail despite the weather
Hardtail Mountain Bikes Being Featured in this Channel is Heavenly Satisfying!!!
Thank you GMBN!!!
GOD BLESS US ALL!!!đđđđđŻ
Keep this coming please. Hardtail đ«
I could have bought a full sus but the beauty of a hardtail never fails to amaze me.
Nice - liking the hardtail vids!
We need more hardtail content! Thank you!
Awsome vid just got into MTB and I love my hardtail.
Good Video đđ»
Riding bike now for 29 Years and Hardtail is soooo fun if you knew what you doing
I couldnât do both bmx and mtb way back when financially. Mtb way back when was expensive and were not that durable for what I could afford, I promised myself that when I got to old and beat up for bmx, Iâd switch. That day came about 5 years ago. I started on a p-bike with 2.5 minions and a 1by set up with guides. That was super fun and a great transition. I love the feedback of a hard tail. Being able to feature on just about everything you encounter. Speaking of transition, I got a bottlerocket a few years later. Short travel is for me. Iâd like to get a aggressive fat bike or a genius for its versatility in the near future. So much fun stuff. This sport has really gotten more durable. Now Iâm teaching my son all kinds of fun stuff. Got him a hot rock and he is loving the plush grip itâs got.
Some good tips there, hardtails = ultimate all mountian bike đ
Soft stuff is a must as I learnt this week
Thanks a lot for this video.
Love from Bangladesh.
I dont know why but in my opinion hardtail with rounded separated frames look really good especially with modern forks and wheels, it looks really clean
am a beginner, have bought a hardtail. wheelie and manual practice tonight then!
Thank you very much. Very helpful. Take care
more ht videos please ! what is the best wheel, psi, what is faster: ht, trail, enduro
slack and long hardtails are pretty nice, really helps and the skill stays when you transfer to a full sus later on
Great explanations.. like it đ
It was clear educational video. Thanks a lot.
Finally hardtail content again
Best cycling videos
More hardtail content. I love my pipedream moxie.
Love your Red Pole!! Have you done a bike check on it? Love to know more about it. đ€©
Cool video Rich, đđ
Glad to know my new â21 NukeProof Scout Pro 275 is a beginner bike.
I honestly love GMBN
Just bought my first hardtail today. Marlin 7 with some 2.5 inch Maxis tires as well. Iâm totally new to this and Iâm hoping this will be a good intro into mountain biking until Iâm ready for a more heavy duty mountain bike
Love your pole â€ïž geometry
Yay, more Hardtails. How about stress-cracking test of carbon HTs to finally resolve some myths on the frame material? How much OTBs and crashes does it take for the frame to end its life during normal usage (and bit extreme)? Are they really that fragile and can take less abuse?
As there are many empty frames waiting for Shimano parts now, maybe sponsors will let you break some ;)
Got a modern bike last month, full suss. Already think I may need to compliment it with a hardtail :)
GMBN Hardtail channel pls!!!
More hardtail content for the most of us that don't have the budget for full suspension ones
And those of us that prefer hard tails.
practice makes perfect.
I started out on a duel suspension bike Marida 120 600 good budget bike đŽ
I used to skate a lot when I was younger. That's how I used pumping almost instantly on a bike, because I had to do the same on my skateboard.
Just got an Eldrige Grade and Im stoke to apply this!
Enjoy! đ
Imagine seeing the woods full of static bikers crouching like poised snakes. I'd be rolling around with laughter đ€Łđ€Ł
More hardtail vids please! đ
Rode my first trail yesterday on my new norco.
Finding this channel was like opening a treasure trove, I didn't even know what a hardtail was two months ago đ
Thanks for these beginner videos lads!
Gr8 vid đđžđȘđ
Is 2021 the year of the hardtail? If it is, happy freaking New Year indeed!
Works.
Please, hardtail bikes are not just "starter" bikes! Some of us actually love them and don't want rear suspension, a hardtail is not a lower-end bike, but a different kind of bike.
Gives more control and more maneuverable.
@@treasurewuji8740 you know the saying: a full suspension bike will make you faster, but there always will be a dude on a hardtail who's faster than you.
Well, that dude is not me :D
đđđđ
He never mentioned its a starter bike. There are many videos of him saying how he and even pros still rides and compete using hardtail. It's just a different type
Hardtails are punkrock mtb
I think a reference to seat height when discussing wheelies and manuals would go a long way.
Hi Rich, can you make some videos on 4X and what's it all about: the bikes, the skills, the set up, the machismo!
Thx
Thanks
Thaaanks!
I love you guys bro
Hi from Greece....I would really appreciate your advice if it is possible!!! I am about to buy a new full suspension 29er trail bike (a low budget one) and I am between the Cannyon Neuron al 7.0 and the Scott Spark 970. I am about to ride, mainly steep forest roads and I would like your help in here.
Thank you very much,
What shoes do you wear??? Can you recommend me, please?? I'm waiting for my hardtail and it's time to think about the clothing.
thankssssss
I am not a wheelie guy, but I know must practice better my bunny hop. Essential. :)
Whatâs a good hard tail? I would use it for mostly like road and some off-road
I am an intermediate and ride a hardtail Can you make one of these videos for people with more experienced. thanks
I noticed that you apply the break on the front wheel as well on the manual. Is this on purpose?
well i guess i'm gonna practice wheelies first right, after buying my new bike this week.
May I ask why youâre using the front brake also when doing a manual?
yeah boooii, another video!
I'm a beginner and bought a cube aim pro 2020, I'm always afraid of breaking my bike in rough terrain lol
Just bought a Hardtail switching to trail from road
When you're new & have only ever shredded the gnar on your hardtail, none of the things that ppl say about the Hardtail vs. Full Sus comparison make any sense. It all quickly snaps into focus during your first 5 mins on a Full Sus.
Whatâs your height and what size Taival did you choose? Thx!
Which is best in between trek marlin 7 and polygon siskiu d5...please suggest
We need deathgrip 3!
i use to bmx race back then
Do you need clipless for bunny hops? Because I have flats on my Hardtail. Just bought new Giant pedals for it.
we want back "hardtail week"!!!
i know very good riders who've been up and down all sorts of trails who can not wheelie or even manual
Hi, tks for the nice vid! I have a 26 inch wheel hardtail wich i really like, but im thinking about having a 29 inch bike, will i lose some significant driveability and will i be able to do jumps just like in my current bike?
Yo tengo una commencal meta ht 29 y la uso para todo đ€đšđ±
Did you stick with the 26er?
Niceđâ€ïž
hardtail ftw
Iâm starting on a hard tail and I didnât know til the end of my ride yesterday I shouldâve locked out my front shocks while climbing
With modern shocks you don't need to do it. Shovk absorb also little bumos in the climb like roots and stuf. Only when u stand on your bike climbing like an idiot. đ
Bunny hopping, I can pop my front wheel up fine, but my rear tire feels like it's glued to the ground no matter how hard I try to pull it up.
