I can connect to the server - but cannnot login from outside 4 years ago, i used to download from a 6 bay NAS - running on WSS 12 essentials. I could allways use filezilla for it. Now - 3 years later, i run the server again - but cannot connect anymore... I can reach the site (domain) fdrom everywhere - but, NO login. When i click on Login and set username and password, the login - window allways retempting - without any comment. Nothing about wrong password ect. Just retempting / reloading..... Could that has to do with a missing or wrong certificate? Are there any changes in the past 4 years? - so, that i can`t use it normal?

In Site Manager windows, using name of the site instead of its IP address matters. I could not connect using website name, I had to put IP address of the website(server) for successful establishing connection to the server.
