A New Beginning with SERS (English)

The Selective En bloc Redevelopment Scheme (SERS) was launched in August 1995 as part of the Government's efforts to renew old HDB housing estates in Singapore. Through SERS, flat owners are offered a unique opportunity to move to a new home with a fresh 99-year lease. At the same time, they remain close to their familiar surroundings and existing neighbours while enjoying modern facilities in a new living environment.
