Super 10 is going to be louder anyway especially with rear resonators cut off! You should have cut off the rear resonator on the one with super 44 it would have been a much better comparison!
Just put a Super 44 on my 2020 Ram and i love it. Resonators still attached. Perfect for me. Only thing that sucks about Flowmaster, which i didn't know before my purchase, is they are made in Chi*a!! If I'd know, I would have gone with a Magnaflow. oh well
I have my 2020 rebel with just a muffler delete (left resonators kn). Cost me 90 bucks and it sounds awesome. Very little droning when giving it gas and none while coasting. Poor mans borla/corsa that allows you to have money to spend on other things that are not borla/corsa. Flowmaster and Magnaflow are cheap enough but I am happy enough to not even consider taking it back to have one them put on.
@@oetergriffin2745 If you have the money for a flowmaster I would do it vs muffler delete i would rather go for the flowmaster. Over time I noticed that the delete sound has started to get a little distorted.
@@r8alvar got my flow master super 44 coming in tomorrow.. gonna keep my resonators tho. My last truck I kept them and it was plenty loud with minimal drone
Drones no matter if you have them or not. It does this on my 2016 Tundra, sounds amazing outside but on the inside on highway it kind of sucks. I put noise dampening material all through my truck. It only helped a little.
I put Super 44s on my old chevy Van, true duals with long tubed headers and they are too loud for me, i cant imagine a 10, wow. My Van sets off car alarms
I have a super 10 on my 2020 ram 1500 and I get I humming (whistling) sound at high rpm. Is that because I left the resonators on. Or is that normal with flowmaster. Any info would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance
I have a 2019 Ram Rebel with the super 10’s as well but had my weep holes welded. Haven’t had whistling. Maybe its from the weep holes on the rear resonators or bad welds?
I like the flow master super 10, got it on my truck, (2018 ram) the sound is not bad at all inside the cabin I don’t have any problems with interior drone, sound is nice and deep too
Like the sound!! Good meaty sound. I leave the resonators on mine. By the way the person who did this video needs to know there is NO Dodge truck any more. Hahaha..... They are Ram. I work for Chrysler and Ram is the truck division.
I've heard your same exact setup in person, and while it sounds great, I've also heard a flowmaster 44 with deleted resonators on the same truck. The flowmaster actually sounds a good bit louder and way deeper than a muffler delete. This is coming from someone who has owned several boosted coyotes, AMGs, etc. all with aftermarket cat-back exhaust systems. A Ram 5.7 Hemi with the right flowmaster setup, is one of the best sounding vehicles out there, IMO.
But have you checked to see who owns ram? Chrysler Corp owns them both regardless who's name is on the badge. They're a separate part of the same company that focuses solely on trucks.
@@forthefunofit5487 yea you're right that dodge focuses on cars and mini vans. I was just pointing out that both companies are owned by the same company. So while their nameplate may be different they're still ultimately both Chrysler products.
You were so close to doing this perfectly. You just needed to take the resonators off of both for a true comparison.
yeah i hate when they call it a comparison and don’t do the same thing to both trucks besides the muffler
Still needs to specify if its dual in and dual out or single in and dual out or single in/single out with a split.
@@mugshock1234 Single in single out
Super 10 for sure 🔥🔥

THANKS, BEEN RUNNING THE 40s ON MY F150 THE PAST 2 YEARS. GOING FOR SOMETHING MORE AGGRESSIVE. THIS HELPED. THINK I'LL GO WITH THE SUPER 10s. 👍
Nice great sound
Nothing beats a super 44! Best sounding muffler ever! If only these trucks didn’t have mds…
Super 10 hands down
I'm figuring on a 44 for my Ram. Want it louder than stock, but not the 10. Too loud. I'm old. 😂

The Super 44 would have sounded better it he removed the resonators like the other Ram.
I agree
Agree, had one on an 06 hemi 1500 for years & it sounded better than that
I just ran straits on my 2012,Love it,loud but killer mopar sound!!!
What's the price for each service
Can't wait to take my truck truck there.
Adam Sandler is doing mufflers now?
American Thunder is my favorite
Can you put the link for what super 10 you used
I'm running the supper 44 with no resonator on my 5.7 hemi jeep and it don't sound like that at all
Well duh it’s gonna be louder with the resonators off. If you took the resonators off the 44 I guarantee it would sound just as nice.
10s obvs gonna sound better but need to resinators delete on the 44 also

I’m thinking of just deleting the muffler but is it deep sounding and slightly louder? I’m torn between deleting the muffler or get a flowmaster

Are the 44s louder than the 40 series?
Yes the super 44’s are slightly louder and deeper than the super 40’s . However the original 40 series is louder than the 44’s
Do the Super 10 drone with the resonators removed??

Will I get drone with super 10 on 2020 ram hemi leaving the resonators? If not how do I eliminate having drone?

Yes, removing the rear resonators will get rid of that awful whistling/exhaust leak sound from inside the cab at high RPMs.
What is the best with low noise inside

@@OfWolfLight did you remove the resonators?
Straight pipes routed into the cabin. It’ll keep it super quiet
What does something like this cost?
About 100 bucks
Why wouldn't you make it both the same to be a fair comparison
?
Right both with resonators removed. Can’t compare with them left in on one.
It could be the fact that different people own the two trucks and one of them do not want the resonators removed.

Yes if you do a true dual setup
Thats a hemi for you
