hello friends
here is a very simple and authentic teatime snack for you. Tamuk..!
Just try once and enjoy with your hot tea..
Ingredients:-
Brown Parboiled rice - 1 cup
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Jaggery Powder or shaved Jaggery - 3/4 cup
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cardamom - 6 nos
Ripe Banana - 5 to 6 small banana ( 1 or 2 is enough if it is big)
