- Dear Traditional Lifers,
Today in our house, we cooked tapioca curry which is more healthy and tasty and this tapioca is highly used in Kerala state in India. In Tamilnadu we usually boil and eat with sugar, some times we will make curry, poriyal, bonda, etc., out of it.
In street chips shop they make many types of chips alone with Tapioca chips thus Valar came to our farm land in the morning while I was in farm and asked to pluck some tapioca freshly for today’s lunch so we both got some tapioca to our home and I boiled few tapioca to eat & Valar made curry with the boiled tapioca, which tastes really well the tapioca tastes very smooth and spicy with the masala in the curry and after finishing lunch I went to share the remaining tapioca with my aunty’s home. We would like you to try this awesome recipe to taste the healthiest dish and most importantly kids would love to eat this boiled Tapioca

Enjoyed the the video with tapioca got from the farm, washing it under flowing water, eating it raw, boiling , preparing the curry and having it with rice and pappadoms. Yummy.

In Indonesia we called a Cassava 😋😋 You can cook the leaves too, with coconut milk and with other ingredients.. Search this recipe _coconut curry with cassava leaves._ This is vegan. But we cooked with salted anchovy.

In sri lanka we also cook cassava leaves with grated coconut ❤
Hello, I love your cooking style, your food seems delicious. Here in Brazil we love to eat that sweet cassava boiled in salted water then deep fried, or simply boiled and then spreaded butter too with a cup of fresh ground Coffee. Tapioca for us here is different, since it is made from bitter cassava which is poisonous and the juice needs too be extracted first, then the starch is removed from that juice so we can make a tapioca, a thin layered chapati style kind of bread eaten with cheese and butter, a breakfast staple. Respect from 🇧🇷
