Hello Friends
Today we are going to make Kerala special tea time snack named Undampori. Its very easy to make and tasty too.. enjoy..!
Ingredients
Maida - 2 Cups (1 Cup = 240Ml)
Jaggery - 3/4 Cup
Water - 1/2 Cup (to dissolve Jaggery)
Banana -2 Nos (as per Taste)
Baking Soda - 1/4 Tsp
Salt - 1/4 Tsp
Ghee - 2 Tsp
Coconut Flake -1 Tbsp
Oil - to Fry

Very nice to watch the udampori.... recipe ..thank u so much ....this is my favorite tea time snack...we used tohave in Thalassery...Paris hotel.... .. and there is one more request ...,as this is the season of Jack fruit, please upload ...Jack fruit recipes especially chaakka prathaman ....and chakka puzhukke.....thank u eagerly waiting for the recipes....

sister. can pls give the.difference between maida and gothumai mavee. I have problem differchate the difference tq.

both are from wheat grains..gothumai maavu contains husk and bran of wheat..which is good for health.. leftover fine white flour is maida. which is used to make cake, paratha, naan biscuits etc..
