Here's the truth: American idol shows will NEVER have an Asian person as their winner no matter how talented they are. My friend has done a ton of musicals and auditioned for X Factor...they told him he was "not what they were looking for". They let through a lot of white contestant but kicked out most of the Latinos and Asians. Think of all the American Idol finalists and winners and you will see a trend. Only exception: Sanjaya who was kept for his good looks.
Hahahaha the way he behaves in the US and in Korea are so different. So cute!
It doesn't matter how good an Asian is, they'll never win a show like American Idol. Ellona Santiago, Jessica Sanchez, Heejun Park, Jasmine Trias, Paul Kim, Thia Megia and I can keep naming them. All these people are really, really good, but they'll need to venture elsewhere to become a star like John Park in Korea.

Holy cow!!!! Never seen this side of john, i didnt kno he was fluent in english and hes very american. I seen him on a korean variety show called cool kiz on the block n hes very very different.
