- This is the latest development with my home brew, home made powder coating gun. I bought a cheap set of commercial gun nozzle and fitted it to my gun. I talked about how these nozzles are made and how they work. Also shown in the video how I fitted it to my homemade powder coating gun. And in the end, I made practical use of the gun, powder coating some motorcycle parts.

Damn this guy so serious build this thing, i follow this gun from the first version, i think it will be just like the other made and forgot it. But this guy keep upgrading hes gun and keep uploading. Im so happy with the result for this far. Thankyou somuch phill ❤
Hi. Thanks for your kind comment. It is a hobby and I simply like to make things during my spare time. But there is a limit of what I want to DIY on this gun. That is if the cost of buying parts comes close to just buying a Chinese powder coating gun knockoff. So far I am mostly using recycled materials so the cost is very minimal.

Hi. I am in Thailand, and I got those from a local powder coating shop. They bought those from China and I was told you can get it from online shopping app for Chinese goods. Like Alibaba or Alliexpress.

Hi. If you look closely at the video, I set the DC power supply to about 4 volts.

The electrode at the nozzle is just a piece of stainless steel wire.
What the size pipe plastic?
the markings on the pvc pipe says 3/8". It has about 19mm outside diameter. It is the pvc pipe used with house electrical wiring.

bakit papo kayo nag 4 volts input lang tas nag step up voltage pa kung pwede naman direct volatge na papunta sa ark generator nyo...?
