After following your guide and using your hopper design for the past few months I realized my container is taller than yours, and in order to get a good cloud I needed to extend the air lines going into the hopper so they were almost touching the bottom of the bottle instead of using the length you state in the video. All the sudden my second coats are actually sticking because the air is blowing up from under the power instead of onto the powder! This whole time I kept wondering what I was doing wrong lol!

Thanks for the video! In case anyone is cracking the cap when drilling the holes, put duct tape on top and in the inside of the cap. Then drill the holes. Once the holes are drilled, remove the tape.

@@UnknownCoatings from the perspective of just getting started. basic setup of compressor to lines, regulators and filters and where they typically should be placed for optimal function/benefit, etc. maybe there isnt a huge demand for setup walkthrough for beginners but the info that DOES exist is vague and all over the place. some bits of info poorly filmed/explained, scattered across different channels, etc.

Hey. Great video but i have a question. How do you set this up with your machine? I would love to see how this is actually being used on the machine. I have one that has a big hopper for 25lbs and i would like to switch it to only using these little ones as it looks easy to switch to different colors. If you have a short video explaining how this is hooked up to your machine i would like to see that. Thanks in advance!

What's the white tubing you're using into the NPT side of the barb fitting? I've tried repeatedly to drill PEX and it's always a chewed-up mess, and your tubing looks a lot more rigid than PEX.
