Both books sound good. Where the dead wait, especially so.

You should definitely look into Audible reading or something for horror books wow! Loved how you read the synopses!

I appreciate you saying so. I’d never really thought about that before, but I might give it a look.

I've had All the White Spaces by Ally Wilkes for about 5 months, also Arctic an sounds Good!
I read Winter Tide by Ruthanna Emrys, it's a cold war spy novel about potentially stolen Lovecraftian magic, I'm pairing it with At the Mountains of Madness to keep the cold vibes coming!
Currently reading Stolen Tongues by Felix Blackwell and I'm pretty far in and thinking it'll be a 3.25☆, mostly ok but it seems to have the depth of a spoon.
A male fragility woods horror sounds cool, I tend to gravitate tward female fury but thats another interesting angle.

My reading’s been a bit slow this month, to be honest. But I’m keen to dive into them. Might also have to check out the other ones you mentioned.
