Dear T7 PDM, besides all these years, you're still providing faithfull and usefull content regarding Odyssey. Even though a lot of people still play it (despite the "hate), I'm amazed to watch your guides that go from basic sets, to experiences that can enchance the fun of the game. I've been checking your tips to get a more delightfull experience, since I started a new re-run of the game - this time completing all the quests/camps/and so on on every region.

Wow. You're the GOAT. I increased my current build in all categories, Assasin increased by 300k damage, Warrior 150k damage, mele left side 150k damage with masteries applied. Wow. I'm ready to go back out and destroy.

It is the best game ever made. A stress reliever. I am glad that the developers made the game better for players unlike Elden Ring or Witcher 3 next gen where they frequently nerf the game to the point that I lost interest in those games.

I always like this guys video very detailed. I have been playing AC Odyssey for over 2300 hours and would like to see some legendary build videos, when you have over 1400 skill points.
Skillpoints dont matter that much and dont contribute more than 10% of your damage.
They are so insignificant that even 1400 points wont make legendary builds better than an epic build with 160 points.
You will never need more than 300 points to max out all the mandatory damage perks. The rest is for the 1%...
His last video he made a legendary build using the pirate set, check it out. But epic builds will always be better than legendary.
I know you're right, I just like the look of legendary armor and weapons and I love playing the game over and over, so I have lot of points to spare.
@@calclarke3663 You can transmog your armor and weapons making them look however you like.
Just a side note, I believe that if you engrave them properly and use hunter conversion Atlantean Blade and Hunter Isu forged spear both beat their respective epic versions. You gain +5% on your weapon damage and lose around 12% on warrior damage bonus, but these 12% should represent a lot less than 5% of your total warrior damage (around 2% if you have +600% to warrior damage).
Yes these two weapons can be used but only with a complementary perfect epic of the same type. Using mixed weapons for no reason would be stupid. You need two of the same weapons to maximize your weapon damage.
They have been used in the best hunter build and best spear build videos. But these two legendaries are very rare exceptions. Almost all others are trash.
Korfu island is definitely worth returning to I was just trying to figure out how to get a high enough assassin's dps without a heath cap so thank you I got all 4 👍

I love how every op build comes down to “% of dmg is increased in exchange for something” added in with a LOT of “crit chance while at full health” and “crit dmg at full heslth”

Dear T7 PDM, short but urgent question :) Has your proposed built in this vid really a 90% crit chance when at full health? Or did I miscount? Would it make sense to go to 100% or is this difference not really relevant? Best regards and many thx for this great & really helpful vid!! :D
Yes, it has 90%, because I wanted to show and use all 3 weapon engravings. To make it 100% you have 3 options:
1.) Drop one of the 3 weapon engravings and engrave crit chance on your bow. (The weakest is armor penetration). That means you have to change the positions on your weapons.
2.) You could use the belt of the sphinx which has 20% at full health, its a unique item and the only belt that has it.
3.) You can use the Nemean Lion setbonus on your belt to get 95%.
Explaining all this would have been too much for a simple tutorial.

You get it in the last episode of Atlantis, when you forge the Isu spear.
So you have to buy the dlc? I just finished the f2p dlc but I didnt get to forge any item
can you do best build in 2023 but no glitch since not all of the players have not the big horn bow
Spend your points on the correct items, its completely free, if you just use it correctly.
Other than that, you can use the Second Sight bow and play with only half the damage.

The chance to ignore half damage is the chance to ignore half damage. At 100% you will receive half the damage for every hit.
Armor penetration is a reverse multiplier that reduces enemies armor and increases your damage, it is as powerful as 100% base damage.

Which engraving would you suggest to substitute the health cap engraving?
Removing the health cap changes nothing, you would have to remove the -100% resistance as well, and that removes almost all your damage. The game never kills you in a single hit, you will be always down to one hitpoint. Just learn dodge and heal back to your full health (25%) so that you can take another hit.As long as you are at full health (25%) you can not get one shotted and you can always heal yourself.
If you play with perfect swords instead of heavy blunt and you get head 50% daggers&sword, can you get crit dmg and crit chance FH on torso, so you can use 2x 40% chance on head and waist + 20% from masteries since I am not comfortable to play with capped health? What replacement should I make, since idk if I can get that stats on torso. Look for head with 40% ignore, 20% swords&daggers and engrave with 30%dmg with swords? I am looking for build like in this video, just instead of blunts (slow for my playstyle) i would like to use 2 perfect swords.I already have gear/build like this video shows with 100% chance of half dmg instead of capped health. Point me in rite direction please :)

Just got into this game for the first time and have been binging on your vids :) I've been using your lvl 55 build with heitor's harpe but I really want that Isu Spear :). Is the damage difference that drastic?
You are likely referring to the ability with the glowing spear, since spears are a bad weapon type.The Ares madness ability can be used with any weapon.

The isu spears doesnt have any better stats than a perfect epic spear like Harvester of time. All weapons have the same DPS at the same level.
what are your thoughts on heal % of damage done mastery? because when im hit but using ares my health is not full so i am losing alot of crit chance/damage. if that mastery makes us full health again right away would it not be worth a point or 2 to maintain the when at full health effects?
You should use Health gained per adrenalin spent, it always gives you 10%, together with the 12.5% from second wind you will get 22.5% This is almost your max health when you have 25% health. The health gained per adrenalin spent is not scaled down and always gives you a flat 10%. Health per damage dealt only counts the possible damage an enemy can take before he dies, not the excess damage you deal to them, it is much much weaker and unreliable.
I have some more questions. You dont play with weapons and arrows always on fire? Why do you choose not to? If you did, would fire damage be better to add than crit damage?
Because it will remove an engraving slot. You have fire arrows, so you can use them and craft them if necessary. Elemental damage is the weakest engraving, 40% elemental damage is even weaker than 20% warrior damage. When you weapon damage is over 100% it doubles the warrior damage, but weapon damage does not double your elemental damage. You should never engrave it anywhere. You only get 5% more damage from the fire arrows, which is a multiplier and a stacked 60% fire damage on top of your warrior / hunter damage from ability and mastery, thats it. In any other occasion its better to just use weapon damage, critical damage and warrior damage.

Is there by any chance i can get the big horn bow in-game without purchasing it from the elixer store?
You can get it from Olympian gifts with a chance that is much smaller than 0.5%, but only if you already own half the helix items, then the game will start to give you blue helix items in Olympian gifts. The actual answer is, you wont get it for free if you wasted your 200 points, unless you play the game for more than 12 months. And you probably dont want to play 12 months without it.

what’s the best way to get the perfect armour gear i know you get some from the weekly shop i’m not sure can you get them from blacksmith? also any armour chest loots? also does it matter what lvl you are do you get higher chance of getting perfect gear if you are higher than lower
Just use the blacksmith, your level does not matter, but with mercanry tier S3 you get more epic items at the blacksmith.
Would you use ignore half dmg when the chance only has 40%. Im still below 40 lvl

Chance to ignore half damage is a normal engraving, not a legendary one, normal engravings can be used on every piece, where it is possible to get them. Of course only once per piece.

If you want to make the best builds you should get it, it gives you the best engravings, the best abilities, 6x XP and 54 ability points every time you play it.

The Champion ostraka is on Korfu Island and part of the free Korfu Island addon, you nneed game version 1.5.6 for it.

You have to upgrade it to the maximum 20% and it must not be on second or third position.
Ah I see, my warrior damage perk is indeed on the first slot however it is only at 14%. Does that mean once I visit the Hephaitos workshop and max it to 20% percent i would be able to stack both warrior damage perks together like yours?

Because the text is wrong. It gives 200, check it on your stats page with and without, if you dont believe it.

This is kind of unrelated but I've completed the entire game and beat all the cult members but for some reason I'm missing the pirate bracers to complete the set and the 50% assassin damage engraving. Is there anyway you know of to get these bracers or do I have to restart the game?

At 6:08 how is he able to have like 3 engravings on one item? All of my stuff has its standard engravings you can't control and only one of them is one that you can add yourself. Does it have to do with epic and legendary tiers, because I only use legendary stuff as of right now?
It was explained in the video that legendary gear is worse because it has less engravings.

I've got to ask before I do it. I am level 62 and want to engrave my items. Will the upgrade option upgrade the engraving??
You can use and upgrade them as often as you want and overwrite them as often as you want. Your engravings wont upgrade with the items level, you have to overwrite them. You should have started using engravings right from the start. You were basically driving a car with 3 wheels all the time. How does he and so many other streamers have so much resources and money???
The resources are scaling exponentially in this game. You get 1000 resources for dismantling an item on level 99, and 40.000 money if you sell a single item. So if you dismantle 1000 items you get 1 Million resources. If you sell 250 items you get 10 million drachme, which is the money cap.
If someone has 10 million gems he is a cheater, if the resource to gem ratio is around 6:1 or 5:1, they are not, as this is the natural drop / dismantle rate. Check this video for getting more resources: czcams.com/video/evgc7_sK-xM/video.html

Use the blacksmith reload any buy the correct items. Looting will not get you anywhere.
Honestly it really shouldn't be this hard, you should do a build with only legendary armor because most people want to you use those.
There are builds with legendary gear, and they are maxed out as well.

Legendary engravings can only be used once. All the normal white engravings do stack.

Cutting all the customizability features could make it a one time 40 hour playthrough like Jedi Survivor. It could be a good game, but it might lack a lot of long term motivation and replayability, that does not support much content creation either. I think the best we can hope for might be something like Origins.

The Bighorn bow is a mandatory item, if you care about builds. Use your 200 free credits to get it from the store, or regret spending it on something else forever

My build is full assassination... yeah with engravement +200% assassin damage at night, i can impale the enemies head with my broken spear in single attempt.... 😂
That engraving is a waste, it does not increase your assassin damage, it only works on a standard assassination. The damage is not needed when you make your build just with better engravings, like the ones shown in the video.

Nightmare difficulty in this game is infuriating I die so easily
You can use Isu enhance and battlecry. or make a resistance build. But Resistance builds only work without the Korfu engraving.
I've done and followed ur build, and now I'm asking myself, why would I need a build like this? I kill everyone with one hit, it kinda removes the fun of the game and the fights :/

This is how you have fun in RPGs, after all the work you put in, you have a perfect build to enjoy the game.This is how millions of players who watch these videos, enjoy the game. For anyone who played the game to achieve these builds it is the ultimate reward. It sounds like you put no effort into making or achieving this. What kills the fun is not putting the necessary work into it, to embrace the results.

Just fonus on the story and side missions and accept all contracts in every city, basically do all the yellow questmarkers and dont do any locations, except for leader houses and forts. You only need the bighiorn bow, which you can get with your 200 free credits and the atlantis addon.
You mentioned the isu enhanced engraving. Do I still need the ares madness cooldown engraving to reset it?
You dont need the cooldown to reset it, its enough to just use ares madness. Removing the ares madness cooldown allows you to use it more often and reset Isu enhance more often / whenever you need to reset it. Its a powerful combo, but not always necessary. If you like to use ares madness often you should go for it.
@@T7PDM the only drawback of it is the need to kill 2 enemies before it actually resets
why dont you use legendary items?
Because they have 3 perks instead of 4. And the set bonus is worse than 1 perk.
You lose 5 perks and get a rubbish setbonus. Only noobs use legendary items.

One last thing, once getting to the quest marker there was a prompt saying that if I choose this quest it may spoil late game content. Should I care if that happens ? Is it a big deal ?
It sounds like you are super low level, you dont have to do the story on the island just collect your gear from the cave and collect the ostraka,

Why is armor and health worthless?
Because it reduces your damage by an insignificant amount. If you want to reduce your damage, you can be completely immune with only 3 melee resistance engravings. When you have 100% melee resistance, it means you get zero damage. If you have 500% armor, you still get a ton of damage.

The video explained you which stats perfect weapons have. Reroll the blacksmith until you get these stats.
There are fixed weapons that come close to these, and they have been covered in the best weapons video just one month ago.

Why would I pick convert 50% hunter damage to all damage when my assassin damage is 474K and my hunter damage is 68K?
Because it converts the percentage points and does not convert the number on your screen, which was clearly shown and explained in the video.

7:04 why 20% warrior Damage and not also with the 100/200% maximum to all - they do add up or am I wrong?
Legendary engravings dont stack, otherwise you would use it 8 times on all items to get 1600%. Obviously we dont do that, because it doesnt work like that.
Any chance anyone know where can i find these boots? I am playing ng+ and still haven't found those perfect boots??? Any help is welcomed
