ジブリのとなりのトトロからさつきの朝食を再現してみました。こういう朝食がなんだかんだうまい

★【材料】10個分
・ほうれん草　適量
・豆腐　　　　半丁
・みそ　　　　適量
・きゅうりの浅漬け
★【作り方】
①ほうれん草と豆腐をお好みの大きさにカットする。
②鍋に水と①の材料を入れて煮込む
③ほうれん草がお好みの硬さになったら、火を止めて味噌を溶かして完成
④きゅうりの浅漬け、ご飯を添えました。

I tried to recreate Satsuki's breakfast from Ghibli's My Neighbor Totoro. This kind of breakfast is delicious no matter what

★【Ingredients】For 10 pieces
・Spinach, appropriate amount
・Tofu, half a block
・Miso, appropriate amount
・Lightly pickled cucumber
★【How to make】
①Cut the spinach and tofu to your desired size.
②Put water and the ingredients from ① in a pot and simmer
③When the spinach is as firm as you like, turn off the heat and dissolve the miso to finish
④Served with lightly pickled cucumber and rice.
