Hello sir, im from Mauritius and ive been training fpr the last six.months in a gym amd seen very significant changes in my body...unfortunately, due to covid i have been in locldown for the last 2 weeks.

No its does not give any effect it only give more calories without any protein and carbohydrates
Best natural alternate would be coconut milk. These drinks have too much chemicals.
How about the powder of roasted nuts (almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds) for weight loss

Bro dont worry , it happened with me .. just lift lighter weight with proper technique ..And slowly increase your weight lifting capacity after weeks
