🙏🚙👍
Awesome review, I will be picking up my renegade on Monday and I can't wait. Hopefully it'll make just as many miles as yours and then some. It's a 2018 altitude package which almost seems like whoever ordered it had the exact same taste as I do considering it was ordered with the exact configuration I would have ordered one in.
That’s amazing sam. You might be the only person with a 200k renegade 😁
😀 Thanks Ivan 🚙☺✌
Why do you say that ?
Mine has 150k works perfectly
I have mine with 204k in it :). It still runs smoothly.
@@huidaoren mine has 150,705 no problem
Managed to grab a 2017 renegade last august with only 45,000. Love the vehicle and hope to have it a long time! Thanks for the video.
Thanks for sharing your experience 👍
Your mileage may vary, my family bought a 2017 trailhawk version brand new. We traded it in 2019 after dealership refused to take care of our oil burning under warranty. A quart every 1100 miles. It did do amazing well in the Wisconsin winters. Congrats on 200k, happy that some people are getting their value out of the vehicle.
My shifter also went 2015 Jeep renegade Mr. nomad coming from Florida to New York to repaired that🫵🏻🫵🏻🫶👍👌
Love to hear it! I just bought a 2016 renegade trailhawk with 100k on it. I was worried about the miles so I got a warranty on it. This makes me feel a bit better 😀
do you still have it? mine has 68k and i was worried about purchasing it, but seeing all these high mileage renegades isn't really stressing me out as much anymore
@@premzei1132 hi! I do still have it. Rockin at 117k miles now. Only issue I've had is a faulty oil sensor. $300 fix. It was entirely due to a lube express putting in the wrong oil tho. Just recently drove 10 hours straight across 4 states and had no issues at all
@@Tabatha13roxHey! Do you still have your renegade? I’m thinking about purchasing one with 91000 miles and I’m so nervous about the mileage! But it’s the color and everything I want!
@@nieeuntaward6729hi ! I know this is several months later but I do still have my renegade. I am now at 152k miles and still going strong !
Cool deal. We have a 2015 renegade latitude with 210,000+ good little car
Engine check light on now that's a surprise 😂
I want one of these.
Great vehicles, fun, easy to drive, cool to look at.
I'm single, almost 30, this would work good for me.
And the check engine light is on yay
Been on for 3 years, and runs fine. Just a sensor went bad. Almost 10 year old car with 300k miles traveled all over the country. Great car
I have a 2018 jeep renegade that has 60k on it. So far literally the only thing I’ve had to have fixed is the sunroof. I hope it keeps moving forward with this little maintenance. I change the oil, replace the coolant and transmission fluid on time and it just keeps trucking with no issues ever
Great video thanks man! Just got a 2018, I’m hoping the best.
American cars have come a long way. I do believe it ultimately comes down to the owner. If they drive it normal and do all the proper maintenance, any car can last for a long time.
Thank u for saying this I’m looking at a jeep renegade it has 119k miles
That's Italian actually made in melfi
I’m looking at a 2017 Jeep Rene sport with 119k miles great price and it’s gonna be my first car
Congratulations on reaching 200K miles. Good video, I am looking at a 2019 Renegade woth 48K miles at a great price.
Thanks for your video!
This is awesome!
Did you get the new Catalytic Converter recall done? Lol that may take care of that light for free.
Congratulations on 200,000 miles. Much love from Boston MA.❤️
Good morning
Good morning Jacinta, thank you and shout out to MA ✌
Morning SAM,,,,You got me beat brother,i only got 94-thousand on my Class-b Pleasureway,,not bad for a 37-year old tiny home..Everything works, runs great,i always keep up on maintenance,,hurry back to florida, get out of that shit-hole and back to paradise, hug your mom for me,,,peace brother,,,,,C.D.
Good morning brother, thank you 🙏 ✌
I have a 2018. This guy is spot on, in description. I have 100,000 miles. It goes between Reno NV to San Francisco CA every other week.
lol what code was the check engine light throwing? Currently at 180k on my 2016 Renegade Trailhawk and going for 200k.
Wow! Obviously you keep up with your vehicle maintenance. 🙂 Here’s to 200,000 more miles! 🥂
Thank you ESP 😊😊😊🙏
Not really. Look at the left gauge (near the 7)... He has a "check engine" light on. Egnore it and it still will not go away.
I have a 2020 Renegade Night Eagle with 26k on it here in UK. Nice chunky car with plenty of boot space...
Great review. Can't believe this vehicle has been in production for 5 years.
Thank you 🚙✌
Great cars, I had a Jeep Cherokee a few years ago, best car I’ve ever had so far.. comfort and drive 👌
hey do you still have your renegade by any chance chance? i was thinking about buying one!
Very good video!
I just bought a 2023 altitude,
at my age (mid 50s) im planning on this being it till the end.
Its my very first ever "brand new" vehicle.
Although im seriously thinking about seeing what my cost/loss will be when the 2024s finally get to the lots.
I was gonna hold out till then but my car caught word i was looking so it made the first move😂
And I didn't want to get stuck renting until end of Oct/Nov 🤷
The cost difference will probably work out to about the same to move to a 2024 when they finally arrive, i dont drive very much, just errands
I may not though, o dont think there are any major enough changes to the 2024, i just like even numbers
Did he use the 0W 20 synthetic motor oil?
Do you have any recommendations on how to keep these things up and going. Ive seen alot of bad and good things about them. Just kinda worried
Im going to look at a 2020 renegade with 82k miles for 18k. Good price? What should i look for when testing.
I think its way too much money
Have you ever had your PTU serviced? My dealer said it was recommended for every 30k but I can’t find that anywhere. Thanks.
No I have not, I'm not sure what that is...
What engine is this?
Knocking on wood here Sammy. My renegade is a little over two years old almost 160 thousand miles on it only issues I have had is blower motor went out for the heat/air ..100.00 fix with the Mopar warranty..
Love my renegade will be paying on it till 2025 I'm sure it will have almost 400000 miles on it by then..
I drive for work.. be safe Sammy
That's awesome Stacey!! 🙌🙌.. Congratulations and much more continued success on your journey, thank you for sharing & thank you for your support 🙏✌
I just bought a 16 Trailhawk with only 93k on it. Excited. Love it.
Does it matter about mileage ?
Hi Sam, I hope you are well. That is great that the Renegade has worked out well for you! Do you know much about the Jeep Wrangler? I am considering buying it, but heard that buying anything since Fiat took over is a risk. Just wondering what your thoughts are on this. Thank you and take care.🙏
The Jeep Wrangler is not that comfortable to drive and is made for off roading or riding with the panels removed in warm weather, not the fuel efficient, even though the 4xe electric version is out there. Overall it is overpriced and not practical for most people's everyday use.. however as always, it is your money and your life so do what is best for you 😉✌
Good video bro! Can you pls comment on the Renegade sluggish acceleration?
I’m in the market of looking for vehicles and I saw a trail hawk for 11k with 137k miles on it not so sure I wanna go for it
With check engine light on 😂
Just a bad sensor, Been that way for 3 years, got 300k miles, car has been great, with age and use that is part of any car having mild issues
Is she still running?👀
00:39 The engine control lamp lights up!!!
I would read it out before the engine or other components are got damaged.
Most of the time there are some sensor errors stored in the control unit, so that you can see where the error come from!
Thanks.. I mentioned it in the video, it's an emissions sensor
Yayyyy 😁☝️
😀🚙☝
@@inspirationalnomad can't beat a vehicle that looks after us ,with none or very little issues .. priceless Sam
@@inspirationalnomad my old 18 year old van has done 138 thousand miles ..and in the 10 years iv owned it it's had 2 alternators 1 starter motor ,and 1 windscreen wiper motor ,other than that it's been wear and tear items like tyres etc ..here to the next 62 thousand 😁👍
I see your engine light is on and you kept running, but I have the little oil display that it’s on the right hand side almost on top of the P with the parking it comes off. It comes on. It goes off. It comes on Mr. nomad what do you think that is?👍👌🫵🏻🫵🏻
