This is amazing! I love garlic, and use it in everything. I will add thai chili as I love spice and heat also.
    I really like your wok!

Don’t know why so many negative comments??? Were people expecting a masala biryani or something. The title says burnt garlic vegetable rice and that’s what she made. Yes the garlic can be fried till brown or slightly burnt. Stop complaining over small things.

Looks delicious and the rice is well cooked. Do you think there's too much salt? And why add vinegar? Otherwise, well done. Thanks

Seems like lots of salt is added(while cooking rice, to veggies, and also at the end). But no spices(red chili paste or powder) are added. Wonder how it would taste!

I have a party at home soon.
Need to know if it coupd be treated like any Indian pulao and clubbed with normal vegetable gravy, chicken gravy or does it need to be clubbed with chinese preparations only?

Rice boiled with SALT. Veggies fried with SALT. Added soy sauce (which is kindda SALTY) to the already SALTED veggies. Again added SALT after putting in the rice? I'm sorry but have you even tasted the final product that you cooked?
Also consider adding a tsp of oil in the water when the rice is boiled; it will prevent the rice from sticking together once cooked.

vaibhav lalit if you cook garlic for too long the garlic will burn and ruin the taste of the rice as it gets bitter when overcooked.
