There's an easy fix if your Magic Mouse says Connection Rejected. In this short video I show you how to reconnect your mouse to your Mac and get it working again. The first thing to try is to connect it with your computer with the Lightning cable. This can sometimes help the device reconnect again.
But if it still says the connection is rejected like it did on mine, then unplug it and turn it off. Now open the System Preferences. Then click on Bluetooth. In the device list, find the Magic Mouse and then click the X next to the name. Doing this will completely disconnect the device from the computer. Then click on the Remove button to confirm.
At this point, power on the device and in a few seconds, it will appear in the Device list. To reconnect the mouse, just click on the Connect button and it's ready for use. The steps I showed here will also work if the Magic Keyboard or Trackpad connection is rejected. Well if the mouse isn’t connected, how do you move the arrow around to make the selections?

Ah yes! You have a point there! I’m using a MacBook so I have a built in trackpad I can still use. If you’re not using a laptop you’d have to find a USB mouse to plug in temporarily. But I think there is a way to navigate with the keyboard using keystrokes. I’ve seen it done before where you can cycle through the clickable buttons on screen but at the moment I can’t remember how people did it.

Hey I found a fix for this
Step 1 take the apple charger and plug it into the iMac usb A port which is located in the back of the iMac.
Step 2 once the charger is plugged in take the moise and plug it in as well using the same cable.
Step 3 while the moise and charger are all conected turn the bluetooth button on the bottom of the mouse on and off. Once you turned it on unplug the mouse and cable the mouse should be connected.
      Hope this helps.
