This Fijian Indian chicken curry recipe has a lot of the traditional ingredients and flavors of an Indian Chicken Curry recipe, so get ready for this easy, delicious, and hearty dish that's good for any weekly meal.
These ingredients have a standard Indian spice blend with garam masala and other key ingredients like onions, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Throw in a bit of turmeric, some cumin seed for extra citrus zing, and add in a little(or a lot) chili powder if you're looking to add some spice to your dish.
