As a single dad who never really did much cooking when I was married. Well now I have to cook 😁
I've learnt meat curries and mix up dinner with spanish and italian to keep it different for the kids. Need to learn to do dhaal and been craving good palau, like Fiji palau. I came across your video and I'm going to try and make it for the first time. Thanks for your knowledge and insight.

It’s one of my pet peeves! I absolutely hate biting into a whole spice when I’m eating something! Ruins the whole dish 😂 and yes, especially when you’re hungry and gobbling it up!

Nice craving 4 it. u might like to add that if one has curry leaves den use it instead of bay leaf. Curry leaves r a must in Indo-Fijian cooking and adds so much more flavor then bay leaves. If one doesn't have curry leaves then bay leaf is an alternative. Or u can also use both together. But curry leaves gives a whole different taste.
