- It's been quite a while since I've picked up a Marvel Select figure. I really only grab the ones that fit in with my 1/12th display. Saying that......Titanium Man is amazing. Diamond, we need a Crimson Dynamo too!

#IronMan #TitaniumMan #MarvelSelect - Zábava
DS really has a way of capturing that classic comic character look, the more Kirby the better.
I think DS does really well with large characters. The Ragnarok Hulk and the Juggernaut figures are my favourites.
"The more Kirby the better" is the best way of saying it.
Did Kirby ever draw Titanium man...?
First Imagine carrying that big baby, and second he would have been a better villain than some of the villains in The Iron Man movies
Gonna pray to the gods for Marvel Select to give us a good classic Crimson Dynamo..
I’m gonna go ahead and sacrifice a chicken to aid in that prayer 🐓🔪🙏🏽
@@inhaledfarts4221 pls eat the chicken. Don’t waste a perfectly good chicken
@@inhaledfarts4221 i got a goat ready to aid the sacrifice
@@inhaledfarts4221 Make adobo.
I would like a good iron monger it would be awesome and cheaper than the legends
Titanium Man was never a favorite character of mine as a kid, but his costume as represented in this figure is so iconic--they did a great job on this one, and I also hope they get to doing a more classic Crimson Dynamo, sooner than later.
Great review!
I love that you can recreate the classic panel of him straight-up crushing Iron Man. It feels just perfect.
One of the few properly scaled MS characters that look awesome next to ML.
Yep! A 60's Crimson Dynamo would be greatly appreciated 👍🎉😊
Can't wait for mine to charge and ship from BBTS. This will be my first actual Diamond Select figure. I did buy the DS Abomination, but that wasn't for the figure itself. I just wanted the head so I could hollow it out and repaint it for the Gamerverse body, which I got that idea from one of the Play Day videos, I repainted the head on mine to have similar tones to the original Gamerverse head, and it looks amazing.
I never repainted that head, I guess I probably should. Hmmmm....
I also only buy the larger characters from Marvel Select. I'm going to have to now raid my piggy bank and hunt down this Titanium Man.
Am I the only one that gets a dose of endorphins from breaking the joints free of paint? So satisfying to twist that stuck/painted joint and greeted by a nice smooth swivel
Mixed with the relief that the snap wasn't actually the sound of something breaking? Heavenly.
A Fwoosh morning is a good morning.
Diamond select are my favorite to collect because I prefer bigger figures.
Looks really cool! Great review as always Robo!
Love your vids
Great review! This Titanium Man is a dream come true for me! Titanium Man was my most wanted villain for Marvel Legends. He’s loomed large in my mind since I was a kid as one of my all-time favorite villains. Diamond Select did such an amazing job here capturing Titanium Man’s massive size in plastic form while still making him such a blast to pose! I’m so impressed by the soft plastic skirt armor! Really a dream come true and favorite figure in my whole collection now!
looking good, glad I preordered! I can kill someone with that figure for sure, it's so massive!
I'm so excited for this figure
I'd never heard of this guy and now I've gone and put in a pre order for him. 😁 Does look very cool! Has a slight sofubi feel about the whole thing. Love it! Nice review once again.
Another great review! Thanks for showing the modification.
Robo! I love this channel, man. I been slacking on watching lately tho. I just wanna thank you for making the best fig reviews imo. Keep it up, bro, you rock. As a fellow bald bearded articulated plastic person collector, I wanna tell ya, dude, you're making us look good. 🖖
Looks pretty awesome!
Can’t wait to get mine. :)
Robo, I appreciated the comic panels to show the scale of Titanium man. If I remember right he was augmented to make him a giant among men. The oversized armor fits his physique. His armor had a similar exoskeleton to Iron Man though his size would always make him come out on top in a melee. You are a credit to our kind;)
I’ve owned one Diamond Select figure, Zombie Magneto. It couldn’t pose worth a flip, stand even with a stand but man, did it look awesome
I am SO ready for an 80's Crimson Dynamo and Gremlin's version of the Titanium Man. Let's go already Hasbro!
Nice to see you revisiting Marvel Select. Whilst I have no attachment to Titanium Man I love the old school comic art almost Iron Giant look to this, that and the metal sheen to the paint, if they did that with a classic 70's/80's Crimson Dynamo I'd be all over it, I'm right with you on that. Seeing this figure standing in your setup at the end it genuinely looked like it could pass for a statue.
I started collecting with 7 inch so they were my go to for Marvel figures, Marvel Legends I wasn't even aware of at the time. Now whilst I still am big into NECA and DC, Marvel Select has fallen off my radar a bit.
With that said when they get it right they get it right, to me they sometimes feel much more like adult collectibles than Marvel Legends which can sometimes feel a bit cheaper than I'd like.
That green is my favorite kind of green and i do love big figs damnit robo you are tempting me!!
Fantastic figure
Great review, man. This is a fantastic action figure. I'm about to buy and can't wait to put it side by side with my classic, bulky Iron man from ToyBiz Marvel Legends First Wave.
The emoji comment was spot on..laughing over it
Now we need a MS Apocalypse!!
I love this figure and this is where I think if it was very difficult to make a thanos of that size or make an odin with his armor.
I just got my Titanium man, today. :D
He looks so coolp
Damn I need this
this figure is actually my first time hearing about Titanium Man, either way it's great and I need it. I also thought the thing on top of the helmet was a camera until Robo mentioned what it was lmao
Such an imposing fig on the shelf among one twelve scale figs
I always wanted to customize this guy but could never figure out what figure to start with and how I'd start if I did. Glad I don't have to now. The design has always had a very Roman Soildierish feel to it and I love it. Great figure of a great Iron Man villian. Now we need a classic Red Dynamo ala THE AVENGERS #130 (1974)!!!!
He has such a frown on his helmet. Those soles are for tenderizing those he steps on. You might be able to get away with using a dark green sharpie on those joints.
Me 12 minutes ago: "I don't need a Titanium Man action figure."
Me after watching video: "Damn it…."
Oh niceeee
Please Diamond Select do a classic Red Skull and Apocalypse!!!!!
Actually skirts on modern armor have been said to be more effective, if you look at a few videos. Easier to manage, more agility and such. Not as easy to bypass as a suit like per say Master Chiefs, with the open thighs and such.
Oks i guess i need that mafex ironman comic ver
Looks like a Doctor Who Cyberman in the face.
We don't talk about the Marvel Select Star Lord.
No we do not....
Now if only someone would make a Titanium man head with a Paul McCartney face in it.....
those were dude i forgot about that with phantom menece and if you saved up enough you could get the Nubian starfighter padmes ship. i did of course it was so pog
I got notified a day or 2 ago that mine has shipped. So, I missed Ursa Major, but I still have a Winter Guard of;
Titanium Man
Crimson Dynamo
Crimson Dynamo Toy Biz
Darkstar
Red Guardian
4 Evil Black Widows!
There actually is a waist swivel. It was insanely tight to break free though. All the swivel cuts were crazy tight on mine.. I can't get those ankles free.
You can actually pop that torso on and off without any heat. Super easy mod!
Great review as always ,got him on his way from Entertainment Earth ,have you considered acquiring the Marvel select Immortal Hulk ? It;s a Beautiful piece and plenty of articulation, great paint scheme and would go well with most 6" or 7 "action figures .
It's such a cool design and figure, it'd fit so well for the Marvel Legends display.
Pretty good not too bad
Crimson Dinamo, Perun, Red guardian, they should give us all of them I think, comrades
Will Marvel Select ever make an Unobtainium Man figure?
You should add your marvel legends radioactive man to your winter guard team, because he is also a member, from avengers assemble universe tv show
The hips on mine are misaligned somewhat with the lower torso. Without the waist swivel, I can't a neutral pose. He always has to be twisting to the right a bit to look correct
I really wish Marvel Select will make sasquatch.
lovely, lovely! Btw Robo are you gonna buy either the haslab Galactus or Rancor?
Already in on Galactus, and you know I need that Rancor.
I WANT A DIAMOND SELECT 'SURTUR'!!!!!!
Really digging Marvel Select this year. They really excel with these large characters. Their 2021 Hulk was amazing and I have this one on pre order with BBTS. I'm hoping they tackle Apocalypse at some point.
Their Hulk is amazing, but it’s a shame that he’s too big for Marvel Legends :(
@@juansanchez209 not really, Hulk’s size varies as he gets angry. And his size has fluctuated in general. Although I do have the select hulk with my Mezco avengers as they’re a bit wider and taller.
@@MedicineBag Hulk’s size does not vary with his anger. I’ve heard some people say that to defend this figure, but it’s just not true. I’m not stubborn, so I’d be down to have my mind changed, but nobody has been able to provide actual evidence that 616 Hulk’s size changes with his anger (because it’s not true).
Now it IS true that Hulk’s size varies based on the way he’s drawn, so you can kind use that as an excuse to say that the Marvel Select Hulk fits into scale. However, that illusion is completely broken once you pose him next to “big” Marvel Legends. Hulk should NOT be dwarfing characters like Rulk and Juggernaut.
@@juansanchez209 doesn’t bother me
TM, silver centurion, Hulk...MS have been killing it with their last couple of releases.
Did marvel legends ever do radioactive man He would look nice with the Winterguard
Hasbro loves making Dan Larson head sculpts lmao
Hey Robo, are you gonna review Tech from the Bad Batch?
🤣🤣awesome review tio robo 🔪🔪🔪
Saving the crimson dynamo for a play day? Was that the source of the white paint the other day?
I don't get why they wont produce these figures with a good ab crunch. All they had to do is remove material for the joint to do it's job. If they are concerned about it wearing out, put in a replaceable ring/gasket.
Oooooohhhhh man don’t tease me with a Crimson Dynamo custom! Did you use Riboblito’s custom head and parts? Give me a hint 😁 Excited to see it!
You nailed it, but I'm going with a different, out of left field base body that makes it feel a little more real world. At least that's what I'm shooting for, having a hard time with the lower legs.
@@TheFwoosh I can’t wait! Sounds awesome.
Super cybermen
Glad to know this really works with Marvel Legends scale
Had a bit of a giggle at you pointing out how the paint can be affected by the articulation before instantly messing with his chest. I was half expecting it to chip again
I still don't get why manufacturers paint joints in this day and age. It actually costs more money for them to have the joints painted over just casting them in similar colors.
Why do so many figures with helmets have an unhelmeted head that's bigger than the helmeted one?
This could work against a marvel legends ironman.
Skirts on a metal suits are weird? Robo’s never seen Mobile Suit Gundam
Instead of Titanium Man, it should be...Titanium Dan, right?😏
Nice Dan Larson joke!
Y
🔥Dan Larson
that Thumbnail he look so sad
"Look at the size of the package." snicker.
I would call that skirtING, not a kilt or simply a skirt. Toga doesn't feel right.
I dunno, I'm slaphappy and sore from broken tooth and no sleep, and need to leave for work. yay. not.
If you are making your video sideway make the toy box facing toward camera
I'm sorry, I have absolutely no idea what you're talking about.
@@TheFwoosh You remember when the camera was showing your face Make the toy box front side facing the camera
@@TheFwoosh anyway your video are dope
Their decision to mold the head sculpt in green plastic is just purely dumb. If the head was molded in skin tone plastic, a simple wash gets the job done instead of trying to use light colours to cover the dark plastic. The paint looks like some amateur customizer did it
