I went here about 15 years ago. I was told that the cafe/restaurant opened to educate people about safe sex. They have always given away free condoms, to encourage safe sex. I think it started when aides was a huge problem amongst the gay community. Anyway it was a good place to eat, and it was a good place to support, if you’re in Bangkok visit this place.
