Thanks, man. Worked perfectly after pulling out that middle tray. This darn printer has been giving me fits with its wifi issues; I have to actually plug my new Macbook Pro into the USB to get it to print! This printing issue on top of that, isn't making me too enamored with this machine.
thank god finally! thanks dude! quick question, when we finished printing, do we just push by hand the bottom tray back and close the lid by hand to return to its 1st position, yes right? meaning it doesnt somehow returns back to position 1 automatically huh? cause i am pushing it manually back after i print..correct?
I'm glad this fix worked for you. This was my mom's old printer that I never really used regularly. I can't remember how it was supposed to work normally. But I guess, if it prints, it prints.
Please help! My Canon Ts 704 multipurpose tray does not go further in when pushed for ID card tray insertion. Please how do I get it fixed so it goes in as requested by the prompt on the computer. It comes out easily for regular printing but does not go in further after closure so as to place my ID card or Disc label tray for ID card or Disc label printing.
Sorry to hear you are having problems. I don't have experience with other printers, I just had this problem on my Mom's printer and wanted to share my fix.
