Tbh Alec Baldwin was my favorite growing up, but Carlin had a great Donald and Douglas

  • @ElliottEntertainmentChannel

    My list:
    1. Thomas and the Magic Railroad is a good movie, putting live-action humans into the model set of Thomas is a really interesting idea.
    2. I like Season 6 because it has great stories such as Percy’s Chocolate Crunch and Gordon Takes a Tumble
    3. I like Alec Baldwin’s narrations in Season 5 and (yes) even Season 6. I like his voice for James, Thomas, and his Season 5 Gordon voice.
    4. I do like Michael Brandon’s narrations.
    5. Sodor’s Legend of the Lost Treasure is a very overhyped movie.
    6. I like Skarloey’s personality in Skarloey the Brave. If they made the episode take place where Skarloey was a bit younger (With the older Skarloey telling the story) and Mr Percival being replaced by Sir Topham Hatt. Then the episode might be fixed.
    7. I do like Billy from the 11th season, I get it he’s annoying but if he apologized to Thomas then it might of been ok.
    8. The only great episode from Season 14 was Jitters and Japes, most people hated it because of Dowager Hart’s out of character personality. But if they made her hate fast speeds in the beginning of the episode and then start to like it near the end it might of been an ok episode.

The Arc animation, Season 3, & Season 4 parts are relatable. Even though I still like Season 4.

    Some of mine include:
    1. Season 7 is my favorite classic Thomas season. It has the best visuals from that era, almost every character gets focus, and I'd say the Robert Hartshorne and Ed Welch music fit better than the Mike And Junior music for that season.
    2. Michael Brandon is my second favorite narrator, right behind George Carlin and followed by Alec Baldwin.
    3. The Christopher Awdry books weren't that great. While there are some that are good, I found a lot of them boring and predictable and nothing special (not all, just some).
    4. Misty Island Rescue isn't a complete disaster, it just suffered from bad execution (namely writing).
    5. Day Of The Diesels is a good movie with a good message and relatable characters.
    6. The Great Discovery, while having great visuals, isn't very good in the story and as a kid, actually pissed me off.
    7. A Shed For Edward, Three Steam Engines Gruff, and Middle Engine (and many others I've forgotten) are good episodes.
    8. Season 16 is a good season, with tons of great writing and Nitrogen's best animation (aside from Blue Mountain Mystery).
    9. Blue Mountain Mystery is one of, if not the best Thomas special. It's emotional, action-packed, has great animation and quite a mature story for a Thomas movie.
    10. I prefer the US voice acting to the UK voices in the CGI series.

    1. No way.
    2. He sucked in Season 6,but was amazing in Season 5.
    3. I l like him in Season 4 only.
    4. I love it!
    5. For Seasons 13-16,yeah.
    6. It kind of sucked, but was Angelis' best season.
    7. After Seasons 2 and 5,it's the best.
EDIT: Here are some of my own. 1. Seasons 13-16 were way better than the New Series. They had more interesting plots, and I even love some of the episodes. Seasons 8-11 had virtually no interesting plots. 2. The Brenner era was not that good, except for Seasons 17 and 18. 3. Season 7 was way better than Season 6. Season 7 had interesting episodes and characters,Season 6 had terrible narration, terrible lighting, and terrible plots. 4. Ringo Starr was much better than George Carlin.

0:35 Sounds like the Speakonia voice is saying Horton instead of Gordon

  • @houseofthesupermen377

Here's one that I'm sure will get my a**blasted: Crovan's Gate in Series 4 makes absolutely no logical geographic sense. Like, were does that standard gauge track next to the narrow gauge sheds go? How do the narrow gauge engines go to the station from the sheds? Is there a track crossing over the standard gauge track? Also, the Skarloey engines just look weird not being raised above the ground like in the RWS. Why couldn't they do that design? Not only does it make much more sense, but it is also much more practical as the sheds and the station are in the same place. The way they are in Series 4 just looks dangerous as if a standard gauge engine crashes, they are going to plow right over the sheds, engines and workers. Not to say its all bad, but its still very confusing.

  • @himchase

    Alic Baldwin is best

  • @PabloAndresColomaMadornes2006

Here are my unpopular Thomas opinions:
    1. Thomas and the Magic Railroad is a good movie, putting live-action humans into the model set of Thomas is a really interesting idea, and my most favorite voice actor for the rail vehicles had to be the one for Thomas, which is Eddie Glen, this one kinda reminds me of Johnny Morris' Thomas voice
    2. I don't like the German dub of Seasons 1-5 of Thomas at all, Manfred Steffen's voice sounds too out of breath, and his narration can get very annoying when he doesn't add any pauses to his lines, And don't even get me started on his narration in Season 5, it's so out of control, I prefer Sky Du Mont for the German dub
    3. Season 7's version of the Troublesome Trucks song is my absolute least favorite Classic Series Thomas song, the pacing in the Season 7 version doesn't capture how fast the trucks push the engines while the Adventure Begins version does, and the alternate version of this song on the Thomas and the Really Brave Engines and Other Adventures VHS with the trucks laughing in the background the whole time and the Japanese dub of it with James and Percy screaming and yelling unnecessarily throughout the song are painfully ear-destroying and infuriating to listen to, That's why I prefer the Adventure Begins version of this song
    4. Hugo is actually a good character from Season 20, he's kind and gentle compare to some other German people in real life, and even loves to be useful even if he's also a bit sensitive
    5. I actually liked the Boo! Boo! Choo-Choo song from Season 6, the visuals were good, my favorite parts of the song were the part where Percy and Oliver's faces change on-screen and the deleted scene of Percy and the Haunted Mine with the garden gnomes dancing on old scrapped engines, and the song does have a nice message that I shouldn't be afraid of the dark just because it can be a bit scary sometimes
    6. British Locomotives with German accents is 180% worse than British Locomotives with American accents, because almost all the German voices sound too loud, too sharp, too angry-sounding, too harsh and too inconsistent to me, even with some innocent German people
    7. I liked the Season 8-10 opening theme
    8. The Japanese dub has the cutest voice for Percy the small green engine out of all the international dubs

    1. Agreed.
    2. I don't like Baldwin's narration. He sounds like he isn't even trying, and his S6 narrations were awful. I wasn't fond of that many voices he did either. Sorry.
    3. George is my favorite narrator. He's the guy I grew up with, and the one I'm most nostaglic towards. Again, sorry.
    4. Eh, it's not terrible. I thought the US S7 theme from Bad Day at Castle Loch sounded the most Scottish.
    5. Agreed, though Angelis was at his best with S5-7.
    6. Agreed (I have a strong nostalgia for the first three), but again, I prefer Carlin's narration in all but one episode.
    7. Like I said in that other video I commented, I like S4, but not as much as S1-3 or 17-18. Plus some of the stories felt out of place, such as Toad Stands By, Bulls Eyes, and Paint Pots and Queens.

  • @islesofforeignrails7917

    Unpopular Opinions:
    SLOTLT was overhyped
The last season before BWBA had a lot of potenial
Rusty Saves the Day is Rusty's worst episode of the series
Terence's face with eyebrows is closer to the original 1993 rare Wooden Railway version, Christoper Awdry books and the CGI Series (Suck it up MainLineEngine112) why don't they stop talking about it.
Hiro of the Rails is overhated (despite, the plotholes and continuity errors)
I prefer the Skarloey Engines with their TV series colours, so that they aren't the same colour of red.

I was laughing at this video the whole way through. Not because it was bad, I just thought it was funny.
    Here's my own unpopular opinions.
    1. The US voices actors get to much hate sometimes.
    2. Carly gets way to much hate.
    3. Middle Engine is a good episode.
    4. Hugo is a bad, pointless, and bland character.
    5. Season 21 is a heavily underrated season.
    6. Even though S9 - S12 were kind of bad, something they good about them was that each season had about between 5 - 8 narrow gauge episodes. Even though they act like stupid little children.
    7. Trackmaster 2's Harvey's smoke box being too big doesn't get enough complaints (or as what as I've seen)
    8. Beresford is a good character and is way much better than annoying Billy.
    9. I like fan service when it is done right. (don't shoot me!)

You know, I will defend Michael Brandon to an extent. He's not the worst narrator ever, and I'll admit people probably liked him more when he was relegated to strictly narrator and Diesel... but will I pick him over Michael Angelis? With my fondness for him, good God no.

    • @SpectrumStorms

I personally find his narrating speed great, it’s easy to understand and it’s very fitting for each scene.
