I’m guessing coolprops will look for whatever the community would want to buy, if there’s a large demand for a certain character and it’s made vocal then they’ll probably do that one.
Maybe they could do the nail gauge engines if they do the main cast they can do the main cast from The narrow gauge engines and maybe add more secondary characters that probably didn't even get a appearances in the show but appear to one episode
