  • Straddle is the most basic trick in aerial gymnastics. So many tricks start with straddle, that's why it's important to be able to do straddle if you're practicing on aerial hoop or aerial silks.
    You'll see here many tricks and tips how to do the straddle, also there are many conditioning exercises for aerial ring.
    The video is useful for beginners and intermediate level.
    P.S. Don't forget to warm up before and to use crash mats underneath when you're doing exercises on aerial hoop. Please do not practice without the supervision of a trained professional.
