    I am 64 year old aerial student. The lyra is my favorite apparatus. I also use similar dance attire like yours for my classes.

    I tried this with my low stretch silks and couldn't pull the x behind my back 😂 tried so hard for an hour and couldn't get it Lol. I need a new set for sure 😅

    Figury bardzo ładne i super zaprezentowane, ale duża większość nie dla osób początkujących. Mało kto umie szpagat na podstawie a już o balansie nie wspomnę

    Love you so much I just got new silks and thoughts stretches work wonders and I love the drops I am a huge fan I just turned 11 so I think it’s a good age to start working on my core so I can keep getting better and better on my silks and also I love how slow you went when showing the drops it helped so so so much also I subscribed liked and hit the bell❤

    Worst tutorial ever!you explained literally nothing,you just started saying “idhfuejr deshi fdbeud”That makes actually no sense,you just do the move and I’m here wondering how do you make it not spin and how do I balance,how do I even get into the Damn move?You just twist and your in it we need a actual explanation,would not recommend

    Wow. Taking your hands off the silks while straddling is the key so you can use the gravity a bit. Thank you so much! I cannot emphasize how important those little details are. Unless your teacher is good at pointing these out, you will have an extremely hard time making a progress. Since my physical conditions are not great (weak core, weak arm, etc), this kind of “scientific” instruction will be especially helpful. Look forward to learn more from you.
