3 years later and I just found and made this, I also did your frys. Big hit with the family. I only did 1/4 lbs Patty's but when doing 6 that's a lot. Thank you for what you do.

2 Quarterpound patties sounds good, I've lately really had to work to get through 1/2 pounders.

So, in Russia ,in a country side we do love to eat meat and drink beer!) Usually it is a kind of open BBQ SET. We are marinade the meat with the onions , Vinegar or Mayones(it is many ways to marinade)usually the night before. We use the metal skewers to cook the meat. Add some fresh tomattous))) And Vo-Lya. Ofcourse some one will bring you a short of Vodka, even when you bought only beers)))
