Working the hideous hours that my job demands, sometimes I feel like the biggest contributor to me being able to hold on to the remnants of sanity is my weekly stop in at the international market a mile from my house, just to pick up a few things and see what's there. It used to be our IGA, but times change. Just this week there was a sale on delicious masala-flavor ramen noodles, 8-packs and 6-packs both. When I get an uncontrollable craving for baklava, they've got me covered. And some of the produce deals are incredible, like pints of berries going five for $5 and 10 for $5.

i suspect that uncle roger is not used to using pork fat, he put more oil than he did on previous video but it turned the fried rice glistening and very beautiful, it looks so yummy!

@@ahabion It's definitely a bit, but just to note... he's not a Brit. He's fully Malaysian and was raised there (his parents are Chinese-Malay) until he left for college in the US. He's been in the UK since 2015, the year after he gained his undergrad degree and left the US. It's still a bit though, yes, and a very good one. :)

I loved this. I've watched Cowboy Kent on and off for a while and I also like Uncle Roger's comedy. I knew Cowboy Kent would take Uncle Roger's "review" of his cowboy fried rice as a good sport but never expected a collaboration between the two. I watched the Uncle Roger channel video and this one and enjoyed both. It was good to see Kent laughing so much at Uncle Roger's jokes and to see Uncle Roger step up to the plate to eat 'oysters'. Love from Alabama to Cowboy Kent and Uncle Roger.
