- Today I am here with one more healthy recipe, this is energy laddu, single laddu gives 103 calories and 4 gm protein.It is no oats protein laddu.Very healthy and tasty too.To prepare these laddu I am using foxnut, seeds , nuts and Alpino’ chocolate peanut butter.This is made from roasted peanuts, it has added chocolate paste and brown sugar also.
