- I'm making my own minigame server from scratch! The first game I made is Evil Bedwars, but I forgot to disable crafting... Also my server got hacked.

In this Minecraft minigame server devlog 3 (development log three), you'll watch me, legitimoose, also know as legitermoose, do some game design and or game development on my game evil bedwars. You could call this an evil bedwars devlog 3, if you want. Because this is the 3rd devlog. Inspired by the gamedev chads such as Randy, Mythic Legion, Dani, and Codeer. love me some greenscreen game design videos. Also kind of inspired by those "Creating Hypixel for Free" or "Recreating hypixel" videos. I'm goin' for more of a mineclub/origin realms vibe though ;). I've had to learn Kotlin (aka good java), and get real good at the spigot api and bukkit plugin development. In this video I finally release my game, into closed beta/alpha for beta testing aka QA testing. My players/viewers lots of exploits, bugs, and glitches in my broken Evil bedwars minigame. ~Metadata Soupsmith - Hry
I like the editing style a lot! It feels much more involved and interesting. Mixing the pre-recorded stuff and narrating style would be interesting too. As for the game, it’s not scuffed enough.
Glad you enjoyed it! I think I really started to get the hang of the style towards the second half of the video. I'm pretty proud of that testing montage ;^)

Sorry to hear about the server troubles! You had me in stitches in the intro when you mentioned how vulnerable your SSH connection was. The 7 stages of grief are a natural part of the process!

It was amazing to have played your beta-minigame. Unfortunately the game I was in didnt have the fun moments you showed in this video, but I am sure you will get there and fix the bugs!

also i love this new editing style! and I feel that spending more time working on the server and less time editing is definitely better than taking months to upload haha.
I like the "old" editing style because it kept me intrested for a lot longer then this one, probley because when you were talking about the server I just saw a minecraft character and that just was not very entertaing. thanks :)

Is there a way to make players take custom knockback with commands/datapacks? I know you cant directly change a players data, but i just wanna know if its possible

load the world on a server with command blocks disabled, then go in and remove it!
