I agree, theyre fellow human beings after all. However it is a choice to stay employed for a gouvernment that is increasingly taking away human rights in a manner in which the general population no longer has ANY say in how politicians infringe on their day-to-day lives. Obviously you dont just quit your job straight away because you might have kids to feed, but they didnt quit their jobs in germany in 1945 when they were ordered to put people on trains. At some point they have to take accountability for the fact that they are enforcing in support of a system that is clearly defying general concensus of what a democracy is supposed to be like.
