I don't want to assume your quote is directed at the rioters, but if it is, the quote equally applies to cops who side with Derek Chauvin. They too do the blame game constantly which just perpetuates their incompetence they complain about. It starts at the individual.
I get it. I get the feeling a certain way and wanting to lash out. The problem is we aren't animals or children. We should have more self control and through that self control make change. That whole ordeal could of been used to shape change but instead the bad aspects of it killed all momentum

The "summer of love" was a despicable display of racist garbage.
I lived in Philly during the riots, and while they managed to burn and pillage a large part of the city, especially their own neighborhoods, when the rioters came to South Philly, which is mostly Irish and Italian neighborhoods , there was a group of guys who went down to the target, and built a human ring around the store when they showed up to burn down the target in our neighborhood, they were met with resistance and numbers. I remember the talk in the neighborhood being "my mother isn't gonna be without a place to go by printer ink in the morning" and "my wife isn't going to be without a place to go buy groceries or toilet paper or paper towels in the morning " and with absolutely no violence. Nothing more than numbers and show of force, those rioters turned right around and went back to their neighborhood to destroy what they had not gotten to the night before.
What happened to George Floyd was an abomination and I can only imagine what it felt like to see that happen, especially when Black people were being shot and killed by police with impunity in the months before, but the solution was not to burn it all to the ground, especially When the black neighborhoods were the ones suffering the most with the violence. There was one neighborhood in Philly in West Philly, that had one grocery store, and these people went in and stole everything from cash registers to shelving and then let it all on fire to this day. They don't have a grocery store.
The reporting done by Andrew is addressing the disconnect between the establishment and the people they serve. Only time will tell if the establishment will listen or if a transition of power is imminent.
This is why they don’t teach true history or else you would know this story has played out for thousands and thousands of years. The establishment will not “listen” and there is no imminent transition of power.

Typically people in progress of overdose are not screaming for their mother (your resp system shuts down). Why hate the man so much, he did nothing to you. Much more, he's dead. Show some empathy. At least some recognize the damage they're doing - they're choosing to do it anyway, because they feel their voice needs to be heard.

For all those commenting on rioters acting like children. This also equally applies to cops who side with Derek Chauvin and can't control their emotions, escalate a simple situation and kill citizens unjustly. It goes both ways and we see many cops who are not fit for the job (which is a difficult one).
