@@bane8305 Toronto has plenty of open options at 10:30 on a weekday. Drake didn't open a restaurant for them cus nobody would show up like you said. He kept a restaurant open for them so there were still kitchen staff there at the least. I've worked in the restaurant industry and it's not uncommon for anyone with a lot of money to come in around closing time thus forcing the kitchen staff to stay an hour past their shift. These types leave big tips, treat staff better than most and are repeat guests.

I got the chance to serve him a couple of drinks the night he shot the "Started From The Bottom" video, and he was nice to every one at the restaurant, took pictures with a young fan with her mom, and before he left, he took the time to say good bye to all of us. Classy and respectful, wont forget that.

I had the opportunity of meeting drake back in 2016. After one of his concerts he showed up to a club I was working at and of course we locked down half of it for his crew so they wouldn't be bothered. He was only there for about 2 hours and right before he left he asked to see all of the staff so we went to his booth and he shook our hands and thanked us for the hospitality and making sure his friends were taken care of. Took pictures with us then dipped. The guy was definitely raised right, very gracious and cool as hell.

I think there are many different kinds of listeners. For example my favourite kind of music is beautifully written. It doesn't transport me to any time nor place, i just have awe for the piece and the piece alone.
Some people's favoutie music is the stuff they can deeply relate to. Some people's, like yourself, is the music that makes you feel happy/nostalgic.
So i don't really agree with Caleb's idea that its high school in which you find your favourite music. Maybe for some.

Wayne & Drake are my favorite artist too. Been listening to them since middle school back in ‘08. So many memories coexist with their music. I remember downloading their mixtapes on my iPod nano when those were becoming a thing. I remember grinding to “Lollipop” at the school dances while the teacher chaperones kept yelling at us to stop lmao I remember in 7th grade a girl dedicated a drake song to me aha oh mannn those were good times!!
