Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon is an upcoming 2023 mecha-based vehicular combat game developed by FromSoftware and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. Some b roll gameplay was shown from a demo build to the press. This is gameplay from that build. Looks pretty good. I do want to know how much the exploration ties to the game and how expansive it is. What do you guys think?

This looks so good. I cannot wait to finally play it once it comes out. I have been a fan of this series sense the release of AC3 and just watching this gameplay makes me hyped.

I am a veteran of the series, looks like one of the best iterations, flight freedom more or less like 3 and 4 titles and environment portion from 5.
The game looks amazing! Exactly what I was hoping for in a new Armoed Core game, thanks for just posting the plain video with no commentary.
There's so many good things I see already. No doubt, they really did try to take everything from previous gens and incorporate it into this new game. I even hear sounds from ps1 ps2 era. Melee much improved, flight movement improved, diagonal boost movement, I can't wait to experience it. A great combination of old and new. FromSoftware has done an amazing job from what I see.

They were right, it’s not an open world game, it’s an open mission game.
If this meets half my expectations, we will be looking at a GOTY candidate. Appreciate the raw gameplay without being constantly interrupted.
The sense of weight is great. This is A LOT of mecha games get wrong when it should be the #1 priority.

That little bit with them punting a enemy into the distance is hilarious. Feel like depending on how easy or difficult that is to do I’d probably try that a lot for the fun of it in the actual game
