The sadistic and rude advance eggman basically bullying the pocket adventure eggman until he takes revenge at the end, classic eggman just being there because why not and every other version being regarded as ugly. Plus the ultimate sonic 3 boss at the end is pretty nice.

What are you talking about? They did exactly that. Robotnik became an official Eggman name since SA2. It's just isn't used quite often because Eggman has a much more important meaning as a name because of "E" and "Egg" prefixes.

Not to mention, he flies higher every time you jump and the exhaust hurts you if you touch it.

he has used old designs once in unleashed where he used parts of the egg beetle and egg death ray to make the egg lancer. wonder what would happened if he merged like death egg robot with big arms it would just be a total beast. hands with spikes on the end, longer arms to protect the mech, spikes on the head to prevent jumping on it, ability to fire the fists and pick up sonic and slam him if he tried to jump into him. maybe with enough boosters not having to use legs on it eitehr for more mobility and lastly backpack with bombs

The animating process for Brass Robotnik is the same as the others, I just need the sprite sheet so it wasn't too much of a hassle. The Hang boss and Egg Saucer (the big hand) was much harder to do.

As somebody who never really played any of the Game Gear, Master System, or GBA games, there were definitely a number of bosses in this animation that I've never seen.
....Aaaaactually, that's not Desert Dazzle's boss. Desert Dazzle was designed by Christian Whitehead specifically for the 2011 version of Sonic CD. The sprites for that boss, on the other hand, are some of the only things left of the original scrapped zone from CD, a ruins themed level that has not been given any official name. However, this level was not Desert Dazzle.
+Dude I think the second level was originaly Metallic Madness and later they moved the stage to be the last stage because it was too hard to be the second level, also changing the boss to be more hard.
I love how a big conglomeration of all the S3K bosses (minus Kyodai Eggman Robo) just flies in at the end.
I think the Flying Battery and Sandopolis bosses are missing.
