    What difference does it make if Ruiz was the same weight for the 2nd fight? If Joshua boxes that style against him Ruiz will always lose because he can't cut the ring off and has no footwork. If a bigger fighter keeps the fight at distance, a smaller fighter can't do a thing. Joshua neutralised Ruiz's biggest asset which was fighting inside. Superb gameplan and it was executed perfectly.

    • @christ2828
      @christ2828 Před 4 lety +18

      It was a superb gameplan granted. But it wasn't "executed perfectly" by any means. Joshua was still getting caught and barely landed any power punches the whole fight. He just jabbed and ran.

      Ruiz will be able to cut the ring off better. His strength, power, and conditioning would be better. He was trying to conserve energy.

When he realized his anti-boxing attitude put boxing fans off and created a divide, he quickly back tracked and tried to latch on to boxing's history by doing promos comparing UFC fighters to boxing legends. And after getting a taste of boxing ppv money from Floyd-Connor, he's straight up trying to get into the sport and probably has dreams of creating his Dana White Boxing championship belt which is going to be terrible for boxing and will only deepen the promotional divide..

    • @eLIPHAS3333
      @eLIPHAS3333 Před 4 lety +4

      He will lose to Fury, so Whyte and Joshua will not happen. But let's be real... Wilder without that power has at least 4 or 5 losses on his record. This is the reason why Wilder get big PPV numbers, he simply can not box as he gets outpointed for the majority of the fight and then his opponents fall over. It's also worth mentioning that Joshua has the best fight resume of the current active heavyweight boxers, having unified twice and fought continuous top 15 ranked opponents since winning a world title.
      Both Fury and Wilder have very padded records.
      I'm not a hater or a fanboy of any of the names mentioned. I don't like Wilder as a boxer(for the reasons listed above) but that's it. I'm not emotionally invested in any fighters really.

    • @sangeenyahya5239
      @sangeenyahya5239 Před 4 lety

      Rhys Dutkiewicz as an aj fan I whole heartedly disagree. Wilder destroys Joshua in less than 9rds brutal ko. Aj has no chin and isn’t technically much better than wilder. Wilder will land the one punch even more so considering he’s more athletic than aj has a longer reach and aj has no defence 😂

  • @SuperMillwall
    @SuperMillwall Před 4 lety +6

    I swear Joshua must get so pissed off with the disrespect shown towards him. Without question Joshua has fought and BEATEN far better fighters than both Fury and Wilder COMBINED, that's not even up for debate, their resumes prove this. But somehow Americans don't ever seem to give Joshua the credit he fully deserves.
    Joshua out of the 3 of them is the most well rounded fighter in terms of boxing skill and power, where as Fury has the boxing skills and no power, Wilder has the power but no boxing skills.

    • @gdn5001
      @gdn5001 Před 4 lety

      SuperMillwall1885 It’s just in turns of match up. It seems like Joshua would get wrecked by either of them. Even if Joshua is overall the better fighter. He’s not as skilled as Fury, meaning there’s no way he can dodge Wilder for 12 rounds, and Wilder only needs to hit him once. Ortiz was boxing better than Joshua (and even Fury to be honest) and look what happened. Joshua also doesn’t seem to have enough power to put down Fury, meaning that Fury would probably outbox him. It’s weird, I think Joshua is the best overall but would lose because of the match up.

    • @SuperMillwall
      @SuperMillwall Před 4 lety +1

      Jason Eagles Fury's best victory is Klitschko and then who? lol. There's nobody on his entire resume, not one name 😅 Joshua has beaten Klitschko, Ruiz, Povetkin, Parker, Whyte, Breazeale, Takam.. Come on be serious, Fury hasn't got a resume anywhere near that.

    • @JoJo-lz1le
      @JoJo-lz1le Před 4 lety

      SuperMillwall1885 your right BUT then why is Joshua ducking him even when being offered over 100 million let me guess “he wants to move smart” those were actually his own words in the situation dude Joshua himself knows he hasn’t faced that supernatural power that wilder has😂

    • @pat02011
      @pat02011 Před 4 lety

      Joshua dodged Doentay really!! Joshua made concrete contract offers Doentay which he never signed. DENOTAY NEVER MADE ANY CONCRETE contract OFFER TO AJ. Denotay has never fought a boxer that can take and give punches that explains why Americans don't watch his fights. America is perhaps the largest market for boxing, AJ in his first fight in America sold out MSG though he lost and subsequent fight also sold out. Boxing fans wants to watch boxers fight actual contenders and while Deontay fights carefully selected boxer who are beyond their prime for boxing matches. So who is afraid, is he the one afraid to get into the ring with boxers that can give him a real fight or the one that takes on the very top contenders in the game that can give him a real fight in the ring?

    • @pat02011
      @pat02011 Před 4 lety

      How can any serious boxing fan rate Fury higher than Joshua, when fury has never defended a world title. He just returned to active boxing after 3 years of inactivity. Since his returned to boxing he has not fought a credible boxer who can box within the top 10. He fought Deontay who is WBC franchise champion and he is not credible champion because he is afraid to fight a top 10 title contender.
