I wouldn't say skilled too much too much. Those two are called Gandy dancers. The guy with the flat shovel is supposed to sort of hang off the end of the shovel and bounce up and down (dancing) And the the other guy called a hammer man or mauler wil straddle the track and swing along the length of the track. Rhythm was necessary both to synchronize the manual labor, and to maintain the morale of workers. Work songs and hollers sung in a call-and-response format were used to coordinate the various aspects of all rail maintenance; slower speech-like "dogging" calls to direct the picking up and manipulating of the steel rails and unloading, hauling and stacking of the ties, and more rhythmic songs for spiking and lining (aligning) the rails and tamping the bed of ballast beneath them. These 2 guys are just begging for a workman's comp claim
No you don't bounce on the bar or lean on it, you use steady pressure off to one side of the bar to hold the railroad tie against the bottom of the rail! A total violation! spiking over the rail is a violation! Trust me I retired from the rail road and know the rules but sometimes the rules do get broken. But never ever leaning on or bouncing on a lining bar. This is not Gandy dance. That is a foregone action. Gandy dancing is done while working in larger groups or where the foreman would sing a cadence similar to a military cadence and in one note, trackmen would preform a movement in continuity. To my knowledge , Gandy dancing was long gone when my career started in 1974.
CZcams just had me rank your comment and I gave you "excellent" and then I also checked, informative, creative and a few other things in relation to the Content creator.👍
This is how reaction video is done. The content alone is good, but it's ten times better with the expressions. I have officially become a subscriber. Laughter is the best medicine. Thank you for the daily doses!
Out of the hundreds of people I've watched doing what you're doing, you really are the best. I know it's sometimes only micro expressions, but you really nail it, you wouldn't be out of place in a movie doing the same thing too 😂
To all company owners and billing people, take good note: this is why you don't bounce a check with your employees. Especially if they are heavy equipment operators! They will literally bring the house down on your heads.
This guy's expressions are priceless. I have to agree, he's a gazillion times better than this other guys. I actually scour You Tube for all of his videos!
When a backhoe loves a dump truck they do a special hug, and 9 months later a stork brings a little Tonka truck. Edit:. Why do I always have to edit autocorrect!😢
What's funny about OSHA is no one on three shifts at Wanzl/Technibilt in Newton, NC were certified to drive forklifts--as a result, stoners and crazy people ran forklifts into things and people--they trained themselves just fine--I wouldn't be surprised if one of them filed suit against forklift companies for no place to hold their drinks and bowls.
"herp herp herp this guy is the best at looking at the camera and reacting to someone's video laughingcrying laughingcrying laughingcrying" thats how you sound.
At time 2:57 we had a man killed here over a similar incident, the weights they use on the back of an endloader were being removed, the mechanic didn’t wait for the blocks to be set underneath, he crawled underneath and loosened just one bolt, the one that was holding up everything
LOL, OSHA, how do we make people give us money for doing stuff? We sill make rules and fine them for not listening, then say its for safety and prevent accidents. Will this stop accidents? Hell no but we will make money off of it.
This guy is the best at these OSHA videos. All others just don't match up. ROSE!!!
💯
Totally agree!😂😂
Agreed!
Don't know what OSHA is but I guess it is equivalent to HSE in UK (Health & Safety Executive)
@@chippycarpentry I think it’s the same…a GOVT. driven overseer.
haha, this guy is the best at these, the subtle little expressions are hilarious
Excavator smashing the inspector little white pickup I assume. I can relate
The electrical shorts in the manhole sound like the drumming intro to “Hot for Teacher” 😂
LOL I came to say the same thing!
2:21 Guy hammering is very skilled. Guy standing behind him ??? .
I wouldn't say skilled too much too much.
Those two are called Gandy dancers.

The guy in back was not hired for "smarts."😂
As a retired safety professional (CIH, CSP) these are real head shakers...
A few of those would better fit in a “Take this job and shove it” or “Workers gone mad” videos. 😁
I agree. They definitely were some mad hatters there
The look on your face each time is priceless.
This is why liquor stores are on a first name bases with OSHA Inspectors.
I have a feeling some of these guys are on their last day of employment.
If not the last day of their lives.
I love this guy...much better than the rest
Having worked in the drilling and blasting field for forty years, I saw plenty of shenanigans. The facial expressions are great!
Some of those looks like someone is angry with the boss man!
CZcams just had me rank your comment and I gave you "excellent" and then I also checked, informative, creative and a few other things in relation to the Content creator.👍
You’d think once the crane truck starts to shift from balanced to completely out of control the operator would back off. 😮
Never surrender. lol
It looked like he saved it at the end of that clip- load hit the ground and cabled down to raise the boom.
?
Those other guys imitating dont come close
Great Entertainment, keep it up !

The OSHA inspector would develop several PTSD working with these clowns.
The guy sharpening his beheading blade😮
This is how reaction video is done. The content alone is good, but it's ten times better with the expressions. I have officially become a subscriber. Laughter is the best medicine. Thank you for the daily doses!

This nan is everywhere😊
He’s the all seeing eye.
Hallo Adam Rose, ich mag dich sehr, du bist ein cooler Typ, mach weiter so ❤😊😊😊
One of the many reasons we need labor unions more than ever
Unions enable this madness on worksites by hiring and protecting complete morons.
These are brilliant and this fellas expression is perfect! Actually reminds me of the looks my foreman use to give me when I was an apprentice!
Great videos 👍🏽
I want the heavy duty crane lowrider, please!!!!!

1:41 "There's always a bigger fish." - Qui-Gon Jinn
The facial expressions and the look to the side for the next disaster kill me
I think it’s great how someone is filling these events, because the camera person knew it was going to go very badly 😂
Outstandin
The expressions are absolutely perfect 😅😂
To all company owners and billing people, take good note: this is why you don't bounce a check with your employees. Especially if they are heavy equipment operators! They will literally bring the house down on your heads.
Your check will be late for 3 weeks
Me: it’s ok. Oops, I accidentally crushed your Porsche.
Loving the content. Your reactions are terrific!😂
What a freaking bunch of "geniuses!" You are too funny Sir. Love the facial expressions.
Bread stick Ricky said " you will have that on them big jobs"
OSHA CERTIFIED ,,, THIS MAKES ME LAUGH, IT'S FUNNY SOMETIMES WHEN YOU SEE THE WORKERS HOW THEY PERFORM THEIR DUTIES 😂😂😂
Good stuff! You Know you're good when people try to mimic you!
That railroad dude was the real deal he mashed those spikes perfectly
Excavator drivers don't go out on strike they make the bosses wish they'd gone out on strike to argue for a pay rise.
I see this is your first day on the job.
Insinyur, pekerja Anda marah karena mereka belum menerima gajinya 😂😂😂😂😂

@0:26. One slip and dude commits Harry Carry.
Excavator rage. Never knew it was a thing.
You from OSHA? Well, just don't stand there terrified. DO SOMETHING!!! Before someone dies!
When a backhoe loves a dump truck they do a special hug, and 9 months later a stork brings a little Tonka truck.
Edit:. Why do I always have to edit autocorrect!😢
I wish these were hours long.
That last one reminds me of Indiana Jones.
Why don't the supervisor in the Yellow hard hat have side shields on his safety glasses?

Reminds me of the dude from NCIS New Orleans.
Hysterical he is The Benchmark
I agree!
I feel for the guy with the Stihl. I finally lost my shit and threw mine. It did not help.
3:15 Irish workers? 😂😂😂
LOL, OSHA, how do we make people give us money for doing stuff? We sill make rules and fine them for not listening, then say its for safety and prevent accidents. Will this stop accidents? Hell no but we will make money off of it.
Why are they deliberately destroying trucks and that excavator?
So damn funny.🤣
O.S.H.A. would not approve 😮
Never ever piss off the excavator operator.
1:02 Not sure what he's wailing on that axle for, but the mullet gives +2 to strength.
I need permission to show these in my classes?
That giant rolling rock was almost the best rolling rock ever. If only it has dropped 100+ feet into a body of water.
Is that devo
