The first clip was an intentional effort to place riprap around that bridge pier to reduce scouring by the raging floodwater. I read in John McPhee's book Control Of Nature that a railroad had parked a train loaded with similar riprap on a bridge over the Atchafalaya River during a flood event, and the next morning the bridge with the entire train was gone.
Yes correct side dump cars also they will pre load the bridge with rail cars to help believe it or not keep it from shifting in high or flooding waters

It's just that the reactions to the clips make it look like they're doing something wrong, so it doesn't always mean that they're actually doing something wrong.
Same as the guy driving railway spikes. It’s not always idiots. Also, these clips are getting rinsed, recompiled and reposted so they’re all muddled together.
I hate those. Probably because I’m not a blue collar tradesman. So when I see that, I see guys making a job take longer which costs more money. F’ing around on the job, they’re cheating the client.
Hey man, you are sooo funny, and you're content is really brilliant,BUT, 😮, don't screw it up by using looper reels. You are original, don't fake us out. Thanks man 👍
The Occupational Safety and Health Act was passed by Congress to require businesses to make their workplaces safe and healthful for their employees. The Act allowed the individual states to pass their own safety and health laws provided they were as stringent as the federal rules. Roughly, half the states have their own rules administered by their own state employees while the remainder are administered by the Federal government.
The guy on the ladder cutting through the rebar, I knew in 1/2 a second that was going to end badly. The only thing worse is if he was cutting it from underneath.
I'm waiting for Adam Rose to do a stunt on the recent Baltimore bridge disaster. I can think of a dozen different scenarios highlighting this tragedy with a touch of satire. ☝️😮
Well, I’ve never made it a full 360° turn while holding onto the auger. Usually I’ll release the throttle before I spin all the way around in a circle.😂

Those guys that are hitting the railway line with those hammers are amazing
Yes
If you do some research, they HAVE a power machine that does that task. Drives the nails down in 2 seconds, but I'm not "working the line".
John Henry's relative right there
? Great grandson???!
The hosts expressions are priceless.
Gotta good spike man there. 👍👍👍
That last one... "We done messed up." look on those guys faces...

I always like the clip when they mess up and he tries to reach them with his hand.
The first one was the railroad dumping rip-rapp to keep the bridge from washing out, you can see the rock fom other loads on the edge of the deck.

It was better before the ridiculous laughing was added...
The expression of this fellas face is excellent, actually now reminds me of my Boss’s face watching me when I was an apprentice!
This guy is just right for this - his expressions are terrific. I recognize him as an actor but he is naturally good.
What's wrong with the guy laying mortar on top of a row of bricks ?
That's exactly how I was taught over 35 years ago as an apprentice brick layer
Too much mud.😁🤣

Or not enough.

My favorite was the man who kept removing the brick . I wonder how long it was before the bricklayer caught on!! 😅😂

@@totallyfrozen you'd make a great supervisor. I'm glad I'm retiring soon!!
Patrick Henry was impressive. I have a B&O (one of those hammers) and I've never been able to swing it proper.
I enjoy 😂 a lot your videos hahaha, keep going man

I love how the host tries to catch anything, even if it is a 500 million kilo brick wall

The guy's facial expressions are great

If they ever make a remake of sergeant bilko this is the man to play him
As a railroad maintenance of way employee, the guy driving spikes is skilled. That is the original way to drive them and is still used today.
When you let go- no u let go -no I'm flying away
FABULOSO AMIGO!!, FABULOSO😃😃💪💪👍👍
Cheap work isn't good, good work isn't cheap 😂

The first one was an emergency dumping of rocks onto a rail pillar.
HAHAHAHAHAHAH VERY PROFESSIONALS.....
That last one was a zinger.
The last clip was one of the funniest I've ever seen........He qualifies for the jackass award.....
Those guys at the end smh never be an auger bogger.
😂 A harbor freight hat & vest DOES NOT make a safety inspector...🤣
Thanks Guy ! 👍👍👍

Yes. No doubt some of these are staged.
He is evertwhere😊
The guy welding the railing I have witnessed that
Мимика у чувака бесподобна 👍
Why don't handheld augers have kill switch wristbands like a waverunners or boats?
Сам таким работал, и у меня к производителю тот же вопрос.
The newer ones have a centrifugal switch that when they start spinning, they’ll shut themselves off
Well, I’ve never made it a full 360° turn while holding onto the auger. Usually I’ll release the throttle before I spin all the way around in a circle.😂
Good grief, Charlie Brown!

What's OSHA?
Is someone who hammers nails strange?
How are some of these fails?
👀👀👀👀😁😁😁😁😁😁
Can someone explain what OSHA means?
Occupational Safety and Health Act.
Wots OSHA?
a us organization that stops people from working and gives them big fines so they can pay for the organization.
Occupational Safety and Health Admin. US government agency.
Mostly a pain in the a__.
OSHA, tells you to put on welding hoods to protect your eyes when welding but if you want to weld your head into the stairwell, you are on your own.
