  • Riding Los Angeles Metro Rail C Line or Green Line Eastbound (train model: Siemens P2000) from Harbor Freeway Station to Willowbrook/Rosa Park Station. This video starts at five level stack interchange Judge Harry Pregerson Interchange (I-110 and I-105) near South Central Los Angeles.
At this interchange, there are two stations, Metro Rail C Line (or Green Line) and Metro Busway J Line (or Silver Line). On this rail journey, I've boarded the eastbound C Line (Green Line) to Willowbrook/Rosa Park Station** (transfer station to Metro Rail A Line or Blue Line).
    Interesting facts:
Did you know that most of the C Line Stations are ear hazard due to high sound decibels? If you stay on one of the C Line Stations for a long period, it is possible that you might go deaf. Metro installed several pixel glass sound barrier (02:00) to reduce the high traffic noise. Watch an interesting brief documentary about Harbor Freeway Station and sound barrier issues: • Hostile Transit Infras...
    Movie Reference:
The movie Speed, a bus made a jump between an incomplete lane on that interchange. Checkout the clip: • Speed (2/5) Movie CLIP...
Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Connections:
C Line stops near to LAX Airport and this station is called Aviation / LAX Station (goo.gl/maps/WsRN3jqaboCEvJ626). There is a free shuttle bus that travels between Aviation / LAX Station and LAX Airport. For more information, please visit this Metro's webpage in regards of going to/from LAX Airport: www.metro.net/riding/guide/ai...

Awesome ride man! Way more better than Houston METRO Rail because the train goes in separate tracks. That actually reminds me about the Stadtbahn in Dortmund and Stuttgart but the difference is that they run on tunnel, what an U-Bahn would do. Keep up the great work and have fun in LA!

Thanks man! This is one of my favorite lines (and train) in LA since it runs in the middle of the highway. Next time, I'm planning to do a full ride on both directions.

wow, that station is really loud. Transit riders deserve better. This station should be enclosed like, yesterday

This sounds exactly like the GTO-VVVF motor of a dart train!

I've noticed that this station is the only one with the sound barriers but they don't seem to be helping much. All the C line platforms need to have those security platform doors. Those will help nuch more with noise levels.
I noticed that the new LAX People Mover has them on the station platforms.

Yes. The sound barriers helps a little (better than nothing). But I hope in the future, LA Metro would consider in covering the whole entire station (that would drastically reduce the sound level).

Thank you! I've been waiting to see good footage of this system's routes. Though I must say, I think it would be best if train stations WEREN'T built in the middle of massive freeways!

But it’s the best option in this case, your not taking out new homes and using the current infrastructure

They skipped from P3010 seats to the new seats like how Fifty Fifty skipped their first win to the Grammys
