Well done sir. That thing runs better than I do and the replacement parts are cheaper.

I wished the 350 and 450's I ran would quit but they never did. Good machines and I hope that fixed it. I think it was down on the hug quota but maybe not. You get it up to snuff and it'll sure treat you right. Sounded like dogs snuffling in the background too. God Bless All Yall!

    Hey buddy, how's it going?
Very informative video. I had a similar problem last year, I would be running g mine and it would shut off. I was told air in the line. That was not my issue, I had a bare wire the was shorting out my loader.
Glad to see you got it fixed.

What's going to happen when all of us use electronic cars . Nothing beats pure power from a good old Dozer.

Need to completely disconnect the lines from injectors. See if on top of injectors any contamination like metal or dirt. Might need need injector pump

Interesting. What happens to the black specs? Do they end up in the tank?

I believe so! Then hopefully they get caught in the filter! I should have explained that a little better. The black chunks are a disintegrated plastic spacer or washer contained somewhere that isn't actually needed... And they break apart and clog the injection pump restricting the flow and making that little check valve stop working properly. Take the check valve out and it allows for those chunks to flow back to the tank.

You need to take the pump off and take it to an injection pump shop for repair. Without the repair the weights on the governor will damage the housing and could cause the engine to go into a overspeed condition and leave you with a pile of junk. I have had these issues on other machines but same Roosa Master pumps. You have a disaster waiting to happen.
