Bought this mower last year for my grandson who wants to learn to mow grass. Bought it online from a place in New York that sells open box merchandise. Paid 123.00 for it including shipping. Mower arrived in the original box retaped. Everything was there including battery, charger, and owner's manual. It works very well. Cuts clean, bags well I recommend it.

I have found with most battery mowers the charge seems to last longer if you bag rather than mulch. I think keeping the grass under the mower to be cut and recut in mulch mode seems to work the motor harder than if you bag and the grass just gets right out from under the mower into the bag.

One thing I forgot to mention, and you can see it in the video is that the handle has two bolt holes on each side so you can assemble it for a shorter person or in the upper holes for a taller person.

for some reason, mine doesn't extract 85% of the mulch into the bag. I have the height on 3 or 4 and the bag was latched and hooked properly and mulch attachment removed. Anyone except me having this issue? thanks

that seems odd, not sure why it would do that. mine seems to be working ok still

No offense but I think at some point you should have shown people the mower working at normal speed. Fast forward ruined it for me, and I think for most viewers as well. Better luck making a video next time.

@@jamesastra2503 NO you screwed up. Guess what there are some people out here that are older and not tech savvy that know how to do that. Many of them are just the people who would be interested in a mower like this. Damn buddy, stop and think about that next time.
