A terrible hurricane in Moscow brought enormous destruction

A severe storm, which weather forecasters had warned about the day before, attacked Moscow. The hurricane, which was named Edgar, caused the death of two people. In the north of the Russian capital, a passer-by was killed by a falling tree, and another man was crushed by scaffolding. Several dozen more people were injured, cars were damaged, hundreds of trees and power lines were knocked down, and the roofs of some buildings were torn off.
Moscow experienced all kinds of natural disasters: a tropical downpour, a strong wind that knocked people off their feet, a frightening thunderstorm, and even a tornado. Because of the storm, all parks, festival grounds and outdoor terraces in cafes were closed. It was necessary, among other things, to temporarily suspend train traffic on some routes.
As a specialist at the Phobos Weather Center explained, the power of the hurricane that passed through Moscow is estimated at 10 points out of 12 possible.

This is an ASPECT of the SPIRITUAL WORLD'S PUNISHMENT on those who have DONE EXTREME EVIL and COMMIT GREAT SINS. WHEN it COMES to the SEVERITY of PUNISHMENT, it is DECIDED by the TYPE of ANIMAL they became. ☀️
FOR EXAMPLE, is BEING a PIG better than being a DOG? Does a PIG LIVE better or worse than a DOG? Worse, maybe. IF PEOPLE were to become a COW or a HORSE, would they LIVE better or worse than a PIG? (Preferably.) ☀️
It's like, given a CHOICE, you have a TASTE. Would it be COOLER if a HUMAN became a CAT? THIS would be MUCH more COMFORTABLE than being a HORSE or COW. If you had a choice between animals, you would choose to be a cat, and that is more convenient, because you can spend most of your time sleeping. ☀️
Being a cow or a horse is more laborious, and so when people reincarnated as a cow or a horse, they had to work hard---as if it was a cruel punishment.
Being a DOG is LITTLE BETTER than a COW or HORSE, because a DOG has a CLOSER RELATIONSHIP with His LORD. What's more these DAYS, so many people KEEP a DOG and AFTER THREE or FIVE YEARS it LEARNS to UNDERSTAND a LOT of WHAT they SAY! ☀️
Because a dog understands many of its master's words, it has a good understanding of its master, and it can adapt to the will and requirements of its master, so the master treats its dog better, and the dog is eatingbetter and drinks better, and when it is sick it is attended to even more---so does not a dog enjoy a happy life? ☀️
So being a dog is better than a cow or a horse. In this way, the SEVERITY of the PUNISHMENT on the HUMAN being will DECIDE how many TIMES they will be INCARNATED as an ANIMAL, and in which KIND of ANIMAL they will be INCARNATED. You understand, yes? 🙏
BECAUSE they have COMMITTED so many SINS while they were ALIVE, some PEOPLE will be PUNISHED by being INCARNATED as an ANIMAL SEVEN or TWELVE times. 🛑
With a sufficient number of REPEATED PUNISHMENTS, when they RETURN to the SPIRITUAL WORLD they will be TAKEN to a PLACE. ☀️
The various SOULS in this PLACE have been PUNISHED, and are TYPES PREPARED to REINCARNATE as HUMANS. 😪☀️
THIS place CLASSIFIES each SOUL into a TYPE ACCORDING to WHAT kind of FAMILY they are BORN into, what KIND of ROLE they will PLAY when they INCARNATE, and SO on. For EXAMPLE, some PEOPLE will be SINGERS when they COME to this WORLD, and so they are PLACED among SINGERS, some PEOPLE will be BUSINESSMEN when they COME to this WORLD, so they are PLACED among people BUSINESSMAN. And if a PERSON becomes a SCIENTIFIC RESEARCHER when they become a PERSON, then they will be PLACED among the SCIENTIFIC RESEARCHERS. ☀️
After they are SORTED, each ONE is SENT SEQUENTIALLY at DIFFERENT TIMES and a DATE is SET, just LIKE how PEOPLE send E-MAILS on this DAY. Thus COMPLETE a CYCLE of LIFE and DEATH, and it is VERY DRAMATIC. From the DAY a PERSON ARRIVES in the SPIRITUAL WORLD, and until their PUNISHMENT is OVER, they can REINCARNATE as ANIMAL many times, and they will PREPARE to REINCARNATE as a MAN, this is a COMPLETE PROCESS . ☀️
And are those who have finished being punished, and are no longer incarnated as animals, immediately sent to the Material World to become human?
Or how LONG will it take before they can socialize with HUMANS? How often will these PEOPLE be HUMANS? There are TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS on this. ALL that HAPPENS in the SPIRITUAL WORLD is SUBJECT to APPROPRIATE
TEMPORARY restrictions and POLICIES-----which, if I EXPLAIN it in number, you will UNDERSTAND. For those who have become FLESH AGAIN within a SHORT TIME, when they DIE their REBIRTH as HUMANS will be PREPARED. ☀️
The shortest period is three days. For some people, it's three months, for some it's three years. For some it is thirty years, for some it is three hundred years, for some it is three thousand years, and so on. So what can these interim policies say, and what do they contain? ☀️
The ARRIVAL of a SOUL in the MATERIAL WORLD, WORLD of MAN, is according to NEED: it is ACCORDING to the ROLE to be PLAYED by this SOUL in this WORLD. 🛑
When people are reincarnated as an ordinary person, most of them will be reincarnated immediately, because the human world has an urgent need for such ordinary people, and so after three days they will be sent again in a familywhich is quite different from the one they were in before they died. ☀️
BUT there are some who have to PLAY a SPECIAL ROLE in this WORLD. "unique" MEANS there is no GREAT NEED for these PEOPLE in the HUMAN WORLD; It does NOT take many PEOPLE to PLAY such a ROLE, and so it can TAKE THREE HUNDRED YEARS before they INCARNATE. Which means, this SOUL will only COME ONCE every THREE HUNDRED YEARS or maybe once every three thousand years. ☀️
And why is it like this? Because for three hundred years or three thousand years, such a role is not needed in the human world, and so is kept somewhere in the Spiritual World. Take CONFUCIUS, as an EXAMPLE. He had a DEEP influence on TRADITIONAL CHINESE CULTURE. 🛑
You all probably know him; his COMING had a DEEP EFFECT on the CULTURE, KNOWLEDGE, TRADITION, and THINKING of the PEOPLE of that TIME. 🌼
But such a person is not needed in every age, and so he must remain in the spiritual world, waiting there for three hundred years or three thousand years before reincarnating.
Since the human world had no need for such a thing, he had to wait idly, because there were so few roles like his, he could do so little, and so he had to stay somewhere in the Spiritual Worldabove all time, doing nothing, and will be sent if the world of Men has need of him.
Such are the SPIRITUAL EARTH of TEMPORARY POLICIES for the frequency where MOST people INCARNATE. Whether they are an ORDINARY or SPECIAL PERSON, the SPIRITUAL WORLD has APPROPRIATE POLICIES and CORRECT SKILLS for PROCESSING the reincarnation of PEOPLE, and these POLICIES and PRACTICES come from GOD, the it is SENT from GOD,and is NOT decided or MANAGED by any GOVERNED or being in the SPIRITUAL WORLD.
