SPv3.1 won't install Aug/19/2017

As you all know, SPv3.1 just came out, but I can't install it.
It's stuck at "Status: Installing core". and has been like this all day.
Not even 1% gets installed, I could sit and wait for an hour and no progress would be made.
I Know this is short but it's to how it doesn't install.

Masterz himself responded, telling me to disable my anti virus, as it was blocking the "core" file from installing, thus the installer getting stuck on "installing core". Just click on the notification from your anti virus software that pops up when running the installer, and allow access. If you don't get a popup, you'll just have to go do it manually, and allow access to the SPV3 launcher. That's what I did, and the thing installed in less than a few minutes.

As you can see, It's stuck on *"Status: Installing core"* , and would remain stuck there for hours without installing even 1%.

Have the same problem and nothing is working, someone help, I don't get antivirus pop ups and it doesn't stop at core it doesn't even start it just sits there like this

Norton wouldn't warn you about it, sadly. You'll just have to temporarily disable it; however, the latest installer fixes this issue.
