Isn't is baffling how we can't dual wield the silenced weapons ported from ODST, yet we can dual wield the Brute Plasma Rifle from said game?

Sometimes, when I try to do a random event, My Energy pool doesn't fill during the "3, 2, 1," countdown. Whilst this is happening, The game seems to forget my "W" & "Shift" keys exist, rendering me unable to move at all when the race starts. Forcing me to pause & Restart. I have to do this 2-3 times before the game actually remembers to fill my energy on countdown, and remember that my W & SHIF...

@@braziellascavemodeon i unlocked all the achievement of terminals back in july 2020, when the game has released.
I was trying on normal at first, and did it successfully 3 times, and it wouldn't work, but then I switched to legendary and put on the skulls, mythic, thunderstorm, tilt, and tough luck. Then I got it first try, because I think since its legendary, your health is lower, and the fall wouldve killed you for sure.
For me, i got it bc i melee’d earlier than normal and held the button. So instead of timing the assasination just drop while sprinting, halfway down stop sprinting and hold melee a half sec before the elite
I've tried every tip there was and this is the one that actually worked. Thank you.

any luck fixing this? im having the same issue but its only SOME of the items to build. most of the large stuff runs at 60 fps while placing but if i try to put a door or something small in it drops below 10 as well.
i have the exact same issue my fps drops to 30 when building a base and i run the game on 200 fps ultra settings idk whats wrong with base building
